This spectacular family retreat is situated in the Palmetto Dunes neighborhood of Lely Resort. The options are endless in this resort community. If you want some friendly competition, you can play a round of golf at either the Mustang or Flamingo Public Golf Courses. After a day of golfing, you can enjoy happy hour at Sam Sneads Oak Grill and Tavern, the public on-site restaurant or take an evening stroll on the lighted walking paths. The property itself has an open layout, a screened-in lanai, and a heated saltwater pool to give you the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor living. The living spaces of the home are modern, comfortable and filled with calming colors. Plus, the full kitchen provides stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space to cook up your favorite recipes while conversing with everyone in the living room. Central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable inside and no one will have to be disconnected during their stay with high-speed internet ready to assist in streaming their favorite movies or TV shows. The home also includes the equipment you need for a trip to the nearby beaches of Naples and Marco Island.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
