Great location and very serene

We had a lovely stay and will return to this villa again. Clean, close to Sea of Cortez , excellent shell picking and beautiful surroundings.

I loved the place!! The view is perfect and the room had any kitchen tool we could need for cooking. The only thing I would ask is for the sofa and chair to be steam clean. Over all I would love to go back to that beautiful place.

Always nice to have the beach at your feet and a wee bit out of town to make sure things are on the quiet side.

Will be staying again!

Nice and private area. The maintenance team kept everything orderly and clean throughout the whole stay. #20 was clean and had everything needed to have a great stay!

Great beach!!

The property managers, Kivoya, were very responsive. The location is beautifully situated on a beach ready for hours of walking and finding incredible seashells. While the listing says no pets, several of the condos do allow pets and that at times was problematic.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful and literally steps away. Having the palapas available for shade was great. Nice and quiet area. We had a group of 8 and stayed in 2 villas next door to each other which worked well. Bring water and food so you don’t have to go to the store right away (25 minutes to town).

Great Vacation

It was a nice vacation with our family. The house was very clean. It was missing coffee, an iron and a broom to take out the sand. so make sure you take all grocery items that you may need no basic amenities provided. But it still was a wonderful stay!

Excellent Property

We have stayed at Paradise Villas previously and enjoy the location and beach. This unit was well stocked, clean and met all our expectations. The property management team was top notch and responded to questions or problems immediately. My only suggestion would be to add higher chairs on the upper balcony to really appreciate the wonderful views and a small table for coffee or drinks
