Summary:
Gracias a la Vida l is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath beachfront home in Las Conchas. Enjoy incredible ocean views from almost every room of the house, including the kitchen, living room and dining area! There are 2 bedrooms suites, 1 king and 1 queen with their own private bathrooms. The King suite has an amazing bathtub. This is a fantastic beachfront vacation home for groups of 8 with an abundance of space to enjoy the sun and sand!

The Space:
Gracias a la Vida is built to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views, built into the elevation. There are no stairs at the private front entrance, but once you enter there are a few stairs leading down to the open floorplan living room, dining area and kitchen. Stairs from the expansive terrace lead down to the beach. On your private upper terrace you can enjoy use of the patio furniture, dining table and propane grill. On the beach there are 2 palapas.

Please note - There is another rental space with it's own private entrance (Gracias a la Vida ll) built below Gracias a la Vida l. There is a separate parking area and entrance. Please let us know if you're interested in renting both to sleep a total of 14 guests!

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via a lockbox key. We will provide the check-in details and lockbox code about 7 days prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a beautiful beach community with 24/7 security patrols. The beach in Las Conchas is much more quiet and relaxed than Sandy Beach or Playa Hermosa, but still nearby all the fun activities, restaurants and bars in town and on the Malecon.
