Have your privacy to a home of your own with backyard firepit overlooking a vineyard. Less than .5 miles from downtown Augusta and .5 miles to the Katy Trail. Our home provides a fully furnished kitchen and an open sunroom all provided on the 1st floor.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in Augusta. This house was amazing.It has an old time feel with a touch of modern comfort. We had our mornings in the sunroom with a cup of coffee and our evening dinner with a glass of wine. The view overlooking the vineyard in the back yard and the location is great for a little R&R. We highly recommend this house if you are visiting Augusta.

Last minute but perfect

We decided to take an impromptu overnight trip to Augusta, Mo. and booked this wonderful property the day before. The host got us in and communicated with us, even on a holiday. Nick was a perfect host and we'd love to stay at his vineyard oasis another time.

Last overnight stay for multiday ride on the Katy Trail

Stayed here for our last night of riding on the Katy Trail from Sedalia to St. Charles (4 nights total). It was the perfect final night after passing through Missouri wine country: very nicely appointed and updated, yet historic house in Augusta overlooking a vineyard and the river valley. Stained glass accents, beautiful sunset, outdoor firepit, and sunrise. Nick the owner went above and beyond to help us find food for the Memorial weekend. Our only challenge was that finding the place can be a little tricky, prefaced by the steep climb up the hill from the Katy Trail on our bikes ;-P This place is worth it!

Great location!

My girlfriend and I came out for a short getaway. This location was even better than we thought when we reserved it. It is a great location, super relaxing, and very clean. We had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Parent Getaway

We had a relaxing night away! This property is peaceful, private, open and cozy all at the same time! Loved the unique experience of being right on land that includes a winery and a great view, especially at sunset. Super easy communication with the owner and great location. We will definitely be back.
