Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a 50” Smart TV and a charming dining nook, complete with a coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave oven for your convenience. A powder room and a full bathroom separate this space from the first-floor bedroom, which features a plush king-size bed, a sitting area, and another 50” Smart TV for your enjoyment.

Upstairs, the inviting loft space is accessible via a staircase from the main living area. This serene hideaway includes a queen-sized bed, a comfortable seating area, and a writing desk, making it ideal for relaxation or quiet reflection.
Step outside to enjoy the tranquil setting around the fire pit or on the porch, where you can fully embrace the natural beauty of Augusta. For additional guests or a unique experience for the kids, "The Small Cabin" is also available—an intimate single-room unit that complements your stay.

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $200 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
