Hi Emily, Yes. Driving your own car in the Miami downtown and the in brickell area is becoming more a of a limitation and less of a conveniency. the lifestyle is moving more into moving in a close area more by walking, riding a scooter or hopping in and out if the free trolleys. https://www.miamiandbeaches.com/plan-your-trip/transportation/how-to-use-miamis-trolleys

Great communication from the host. Clean and spacious - we enjoyed the use of the fantastic swimming pools. Great location for exploring bayside and downtown. We will definitely book again if we were going to Miami. Only downfall no cork screw for our wine !

Loved the view, the apartment was quiet, the neighborhood felt safe. A great walking path along the waterfront is only a block away.

My family was fortunate to spend a week in Miami in the Brickell area. We found this property excellent - accessible to the beach, all the amenities we hoped for, and clean. As a bonus, the balcony provided a panoramic view of 5 firework displays on New Year's Day simultaneously. We recommend booking here.
