We stayed at the loft for two days for a little Wichita getaway with two other couples. The loft was perfect for us to connect with friends and celebrate my birthday in a prime downtown location! The owner was so great and helpful! Our friends all raved about how great the property was and how they want to rent it themselves in the future! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property and for being so communicative !! The loft is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The loft was wonderful. Our group loved the location. We shopped at the farmers market and the shops. LOVED the vintage shops and found many new (old) Vinyl's to add to my collection. Friendly atmosphere all around. So many restaurants within walking distance along with bars. We were in town for a concert and were able to make the easy 10 minute walk to the venue. The host was exceptionally accommodating to a few requests we had. It was a bonus to receive a 25 credit to the bar/grill below the loft. If you have a group of friends/family that enjoy night life, shopping and good food, staying here is a must! I would most definitely stay here again and may even look for future events due to the ease of making this my home away from home for the weekend!

We love staying at the Old Town Loft. It is a perfect location for an early flight out of Witchita.The owner is very receptive & easy to work with. We enjoy having Emerson Biggins right down the stairs.This was our 2nd time staying & will definitely return.

We enjoyed ourselves very much.... Spacious and unique. Though, those that can't handle noise may want to stay elsewhere. We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! It is in the middle of so many things to do!

Awesome property right in the heart of Old Town area! We walked everywhere, and it was great. Dave was awesome, and pics don't do the property justice nor give a sense as to how BIG it is. His warning is appropriate about the bar below being a bit noisy :) wasn't an issue at all for our family. We had a great stay at Biggins’ Loft. (5 minute walk to arena)

July 4th stay

Amazing nice cool place. I love the unfinished vintage style .the history! Close to amazing food and coffee shops. Excellent place will definitely stay here again when o return to Wichita staff super responsive!! Just all around a cool fresh way to chill on a long hot family filled weekend. Different with a nice finish is how I describe the 100 percent positive stay!

Historical Urban Getaway

This property was such a fun space! The urban industrial design aesthetic blended so well with original brick walls and other historical touches.The master bedroom and bathroom created a relaxing oasis that made you feel like you were the star role on a movie set. Loved the exposed beams, brick walls, and natural light from the bathroom. The voucher to Emerson Briggs was such a nice treat to get dinner after your arrival, they were very kind and had great food! Things do get noisy since you’re on a busy street and above a restaurant, but it was definitely manageable. There were some security concerns with the door being right there in the street, but the security of this loft is very good. You might have some people walking around town asking for money, etc. but no one was overly dangerous/aggressive. The location is another great feature, no matter what you’re up to in Wichita. There are plenty of parking options, even right in front of the loft.We would love to stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone we know who will be visiting. Unique and fun

Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!

Family Getaway

Spent 3 nights at this property with son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren and had a great time ringing in the New Year! We loved the large table for playing games & the overall spaciousness of the loft. The location was convenient for us to walk to local establishments for food & drinks. Dave was very responsive to all questions & requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay.

Place was very unique, clean, and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Easy to book, check in, and check out. Only downside as listed and other reviews is that it is above a bar. During our Monday though Thursday night stay could hear the music thumping until about 11:30 PM. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for a small group!

The owner's communication was clear and extremely thorough. I sincerely appreciated all the detail included. The loft was gorgeously designed and decorated, and a pleasure to stay in. The beds and bedding were wonderful and gave us all a restful night's sleep. The next time I come to Wichita, I'll be checking for availability here first!

Training

We utilized this property for 1 night while we were in town for a training. The property owner was very kind and easy to get ahokd of for any questions we had. The loft had plenty of room to sleep everyone. Nice tv to watch the games on. The air conditioning definitely worked well. The only complaint was the smell of tacos from the restaurant. We had a great time. It was a great location and easy walking distance to the Pump House.

If you love history you will love this place!

This was a beautiful historical loft in Old Town. Lots restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. Love the old industrial themed furnishings. Amazing master suite. Loved the swinging bed. This loft had every thing you would need. Owner was extremely nice and communicated well. This is the perfect place to stay in Wichita. Love Love Love The Gashaw’s from Tennessee
