Your kitchen has a beach view! It is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and drink ware so you can cook anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal. The dining room table has 6 chairs and additional seating at the bar for 3. Plenty of room for everyone to play games and eat together.

The main suite has a comfy king-size bed with its own private bathroom. Your bed is like sleeping on a cloud with luxury sheets and soft pillows. You also have your own TV. The bathroom has a beautiful vanity area and a tiled tub/shower combo with fluffy white towels. You'll love the direct balcony access and the view of the beach!

A parking permit is required for each vehicle. Parking Permits and property bands are issued by the front desk at Regency Towers. Guests are limited to 2 parking passes. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association.
