Welcome to the Ipanema condominium in the Ipana complex in Playa del Carmen. This private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation is the ideal place for your stay in the Riviera Maya. Located in the downtown area of Playa del Carmen, it will make it easy for you to access different areas from the beach to restaurants and supermarkets.
The main bedroom has 1 King bed, private bathroom, closet, and air conditioning, the guest room is equipped with 2 single beds, bathroom next to the bedroom, air conditioning and closet. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious furnished balcony with sofa and dining area and a view of the city, which makes it the perfect vacation destination.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils and appliances that will provide ease for cooking, additionally, there is wifi connection throughout the condominium.
In Ipana you will have access to all its amenities such as spacious pools, gym, spa, bar, meeting room, kids club, underground parking, elevator and a rooftop bar. All of this integrated during your stay. Additionally, the building's location will allow you to have access to many other services you may require, such as a supermarket (Chedraui Select) just 1 block away, the famous 5th Avenue 2 blocks away and the beach just 3 blocks away, and in the surrounding area you can find more local businesses, restaurants, pharmacies, tours, and various activities.
- This unit only accepts small pets for maintenance reasons and to ensure the comfort of all our guests. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please note that during spring, beaches may have sargassum due to climate change.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
