Very nice condo. Location is ideal for access to beach and downtown Puerto Morelos and adjacent restaurant and bars. Outside pool was pleasant.

What an amazing place- even better than the photos! Well appointed kitchen so we could cook most anything. The grocers market is fantastic and not too far to walk. Quiet, lovely pool and private beach. Short walk to restaurants and the square. Sweet thatched roof bar and outdoor cafe next door via the beach. Enjoyed relaxing mornings on the balcony- there are three to choose from! Swam in the pool, read on the beach, and walked next door for a cocktail as the day wound down. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Cathy was very helpful and quick to respond. The complex had a beautiful layout with landscaping and a large pool with many lounge chairs. The private beach area was nice with lounge chairs and shade. It was right next to Unico beach club that had food, drinks and live entertainment on the weekend we were there. Very convenient to easily get a beer or a snack. We had a relaxing vacation and would love to return soon!

Terrific stay

Great location and set up for a family interested in pool/beach and town time! We appreciated the well- stocked kitchen and basic supplies provided as well. The town is close and has a large number of very good restaurants as well as a grocery store.

What a Gem! We loved Puerto Morales! We loved this condo! Cathy and Kevin were great to work with and made everything so easy. The view was outstanding the pool amazing Short walk into town Square and grocery store. It was a magical vacation.!

As always great stay.

We have stayed at this complex at least 6 times in the past, and have rented from Kevin 3 of them. The fact that we keep returning says it all, great pool, beautiful grounds and view, right on the beach, roomy well maintained condo, and close to restaurants. We highly recommend.

Awesome place

The property manager met us at the unit. It was just as described. She communicate with us about our stay and was flexible with our late checkout. A great town to just hang out and right in the beach.

From arrival to departure everything was ideal. The hosts took care of any of our questions immediately. Would definitely recommend unit for location to town, shops and Resturants.

Great condo right on the beach

Very roomy, nicely appointed condo right on the beach. True to the description and pictures. Loved the pool. No need for a car as you can walk to a variety of restaurants and supermarket in less than 10 minutes.

Ocean getaway

Gavin and Kathy met us there made making the check in very easy. The place was just as they described easy access to the ocean and town. The pool water was fantastic and we’ve been going to Puerto Morales for couple of years and I’ve never found a pool where the water was warm enough for us to swim in definitely a place we would return to. Kevin and Kathy were very responsive.

Lovely big, spacious condo with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Pool and grounds were lovely and very well cared for. About 15 minute walk to the town with plenty of restaurants, cafes, local shops and big supermarket. Host couldn’t have been more helpful. First few days there was quite a bit of rain so the large TV with Netflix, prime video etc & English speaking TV in the living room was very useful. The sargassum on the beach is an issue, but managed very well locally. Plenty of options for extended tours. Lovely relaxing break.

Excellent views and a well appointed condo

On an upper level, the views from the condo are magical! The property is well appointed and has everything you need to have a peaceful stay. The kitchen has ever gadget. The owners are responsive and flexible. My kids loved the pool and easy beach access. Walking to town--with its shops and restaurants is easy.

Happiness

The owners were there to greet us. The unit was larger than there pictures show. Very well maintained. The pool was great and very quiet through day. Steps away from the beach and daily dips in ocean were great. Building close to town and Resturants.
