Casa Angelica: A 2-Level Villa with 2 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms, sleeps up than 5, located just 100 meters from the turquoise and crystal-clear waters of the Private beach of Playa del Secreto, Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Casa Angelica is part of a private residential complex consisting of only 10 villas, surrounded by 4,000 square meters of tropical gardens with a central swimming pool. It is an incredibly peaceful location, even during the high season.

The villa includes two king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden & pool. There is also a space with an additional single bed. The third bathroom is located on the ground floor, where you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, and living room with an individual sofa bed, and a front garden patio with a BBQ area.

The Beach is a few steps away, you can easily walk the short distance in your swimwear through the entrance, which is accessed via our beachfront property called Casa Chanty.
Beach umbrella and lounge chairs are provided for you
Beach Towels are provided in the Villa, and for anything you need, just ask our on-site employee, who is there to help you with any of your needs.
Services such as transportation to and from the airport are provided upon request, as well as in-house chef services, professional massages, and concierge services upon request.

Playa del Secreto is a tranquil and secure location with a private beach and a 24-hour security guard at the location entrance, making it an exclusive destination.

This location was beyond our expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and well-located for a semi-private experience. It is a great place to relax for a couple or a family. The host was reachable, and the on-site manager took care of anything we needed. Beto, the chef, provided an amazing welcome meal, and we also had a great in-room couples massage. Highly recommend it if you want to be off the beaten path and have your own car rental to get around.

Condo Nice , Could use some updates

Condo was nice, curvy stairway to bedrooms. The pool area was nice, could have had more lounge chairs. Condo could have been equipped better upon arrival. No paper towels , sponge for washing dishes, or kleenex, just a few thoughts. The towel situation was also not great. All mismatched towels , no real sets of bathroom towels. Beach towels were on the small side also. Damian and Alberto who are on call/property managers and can get what you need (more towels, T.P) were great and very easy to reach. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and the beach was beautiful! Hardly anyone on it. Transportation to the store and Puerto Morelos was expensive, $50-$80 USD ROUND TRIP , so that limited our grocery and town runs. Highly recommend Beto the local chef , hired him for two nights of dinner, excellent food at a fair price! Overall a good stay, A/C works great and beds were comfy! I think the condo could use some upgrades personally, as we rent in many countries. Internet was also a bit spotty.

As far as towels are concerned Trust me I buy new towels but sadly the employees in Mexico they don't have much view on these things and although I keep telling them how apartments should be represented it is always a problem to get the desired result but all in all I am glad that your stay was pleasant that you enjoyed the beach and the house , and that you still got the necessary assistance from our manager and employed and satisfied of chef Beto's servicies. Perfect location for low-key, private Mayan Riviera getaway

This is our second time staying in the Sandy's Villas condo complex and it was as fantastic as the first time. The grounds are immaculately maintained with the pool, palapa and surrounding yard with palm trees. The Access to the beach is easy (right next to Casa Chanty) and the private beach area makes hanging out for a few hours perfect. They have a shaded area with four beach chairs/loungers. The nice part about the beach is it does get some small surf (unlike Puerto Morelos), and the sound adds to the relaxing vibe. There is over a mile of very walkable beach with usually very few other people on it. There are several larger resorts to the south but they allow you to walk through their beaches without an issue. The condo itself is set up well. We had four in our party and no issues with space. Both bedrooms with kind size beds (on the firm side in terms of mattresses, which we like) and their own bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of pots, pans, knives and silver wear which is great since we like to cook abut 75% of meals on vacation (bonus is there is now a Super Chedruai grocery store just off the Puerto Morelos town square making shopping on a trip to PoMo very convenient). Also there is access to the roof which was cool for sunset viewing. Alberto is a great host (lives on site at Casa Chanty) and he and his employees are always available to help with the apartment (cleaning, towels, etc). Also handy for help getting a cab for nights out in Playa del Carmen or PoMo. We can't say enough good things about our stay, and highly suggest checking it out if you want a laid back visit to the Mayan Riviera

We loved it. Relaxing and welcoming. Great family vacation.

As much as we would have loved to be be right on the beach, we found the opportunity to leave the sand and the wind very appealing at the end of the day. Casa Angelica provided us with a wonderful quiet green space and pool area to enjoy while we had cocktails and barbecued. Everyone was very friendly and we got to know the other renters in the complex even sharing a karaoke night together! It was great fun and we are looking forward to a return trip next year. Alberto, Damien and Cristina took great care of us.

Great beach, miles to walk just the way I like it.

Alberto very pleasant fellow always around to advise. You do need a car. Great for bar-b-queuing local food stores good supply of all your needs. Accomodations very good, well equipped and functional. Hot water a little scarce, especially if you had a family taking showers one after the other. Would recommend as very good value and pleasing.

Simply Beautiful!

We have stayed at this property twice, and plan to go back again. It's very comfortable, spacious, clean, and even has a washing machine. The grounds are simply beautiful, with a lovely pool, just steps from the villa. If you want to swim in the ocean, or take a walk on the beach, it's just across the street. The location is convenient to nearby towns, and also the Cancun Airport. The owner's are a lovely couple, and will do whatever you wish, to make your vacation pleasurable.
