You'll not only experience the gorgeous view of the water, but you'll be able to watch the dolphins playing in the ocean, the herons and pelicans soaring by the balcony and, depending on the season, if you're really lucky, you might even get to see the baby turtles hatch and head out to the ocean! The balcony offers a large space with plenty of room for everyone, offering the perfect relaxation for starting your day with a view of the sunrise, or enjoying the moon rise before you head in for a good night's sleep.
When you decide to come inside, you'll find a luxurious living area, professionally designed and well appointed for your comfort and enjoyment. Settle into the comfy living room with a leather sofa and two reclining chairs to watch your favorite TV shows or enjoy your favorite Blu Ray DVD. Youâll find a complete cable package as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. The unit has an open-plan living and dining area, with new vinyl tile floors that extend into all three bedrooms as well.
For snacks, meals or entertaining, the fully stocked kitchen provides granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary equipment to create your own gourmet meals. Choose to enjoy your meals and snacks in the dining area or out on the balcony so you can enjoy the views while dining.
We hope youâll explore your new surroundings and find them to be even better than the photos, with extras throughout to make you feel comfortable and at home. From floor to furnishings to full-height ceilings, the interiors are as gorgeous as the views. Great for long-term stays!
We sleep 6 guests, offering a choice of a king bed in the master as well as a king in the right front bedroom and two twin beds in the left front bedroom. Each bedroom has its own HD Roku TV with cable. The master suite is light, airy and elegant with upscale linens and an Ocean view to keep stress and worry a world away. The en suite bathroom and its large soaking tub offer additional relaxation.
The front bedrooms are cozy and inviting. The second bathroom in the front hall also has extra towel racks and hooks for added convenience during your stay.
Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals include access to a large ocean front heated pool and spa, a second heated pool with a gradual walk-in slope for kids and families, spa, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, a kidsâ game room with foosball table and video games, seasonal grille, and picturesque walking and jogging trails.
In addition, this unit provides beach towels as well as a beach umbrella, chairs and toys that may be retrieved from the owners' storage unit in the first-floor garage. You will be find the keys to access the storage area on the shelf in the dining area.
We have also provided a Welcome Guide with necessary information for your stay as well as information and menus for our favorite local places. The binder includes brochures with lots of activities, including Marineland, historical St Augustine, and St Augustine Beach.

There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captainâs BBQ at Bings Landing on the intercoastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must.
