Located bay front on scenic, peaceful, and relaxing Broadkill Beach! This home has so much to offer a family and friends looking to get away from the hustle of life. One level of spacious living including a screened in porch and deck with a water view to enjoy the days and nights in this undisturbed area. The modern home includes a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. There is a primary bedroom and bathroom; the 2 spare bedrooms are connected with a full bathroom. The living, dining and kitchen area is an open concept design with plenty of seating for everyone. There is access to the screened in porch from the living area and the deck. From the deck climb up to the roof top deck to sit an look out at the water, what a view! From the bar stools on the upper deck, to the comfortable seating in the screened in porch and the table and chairs on the deck, this home supplies something for everyone's enjoyment. Bookworms there is a special place for you, in the living room you will enjoy the owners library and a a quiet nook to read. Please note the beach access is directly beside the home with a safe pedestrian walk way, no long walks to the beach at this house! The home also includes a gas grill, an enclosed outside shower and a private driveway to park 4 cars.
