We take any report of pests very seriously and immediately had a licensed pest-control professional inspect the home after this stay. The inspection found no evidence of bed bugs or an active infestation. Unfortunately, you left the property in extremely poor condition, including feces and unidentified substances on the walls, significant staining, evidence of smoking inside the home, and unauthorized guests beyond the reservation. These issues required additional professional cleaning and remediation. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home and respond promptly whenever a concern is raised. We also believe reviews should accurately reflect the documented condition of the property and the findings of qualified professionals.

Great location, great property…minor details/issues with listing and amenities. The listing advertised sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds, one Queen and 1 King) along with 1 additional queen bed in each living room. The additionally Queens were blow up mattresses. I don’t feel those qualify as a “bed”. We had enough room but would have been disappointed had more people been with us. Each of the additional rooms upstairs (not the master) had battery powered fans to cool them. Not the best, considering they ran off of D cell batteries that were dead. Property was great…communication was amazing, and price and location were awesome! Thanks for a great stay.

This house is amazingly beautiful!! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed supplies and there were extras available for purchase, like a spa package, a day package, etc. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who’s visiting Arlington, Texas!!

The house was perfect for our group of adults and kids. We were in town attending the College Baseball Series and the house was perfect proximity to Globe Life Field. Also, good location to hop on I-30 to head West to Ft. Worth, or East to Dallas!

This townhome was absolutely perfect for our stay. A few members of my team and myself really enjoyed everything about the property. Our only regret was we didn’t have enough time in our schedule to relax and enjoy the property more. Check-in and checkout process was seamless and very professional. I will absolutely rebook this property again.

The unit was perfect for our purposes. I traveled with my two adult sons and my 17 year-old son for a long weekend to golf in the Dallas area and then go to the football game. The home was lovely, the location is ideal with a lot to walk to nearby and very convenient to the stadium. We highly recommend it.

Very nice place that is close to everything. Great communication and hassle free. Easily fit all 7 of us comfortably. It was a better option than a hotel where you might encounter issues with parking and other guests. Highly recommended
