A Huge Modern Barn with a Cozy Little 1 Bedroom Apartment Loft. All of the amenities from home in a spotless and cozy space. High-end soft mattress and cozy linens. Full kitchen and Bathroom. Huge closet. Tons of extras. Main floor area is a Designated Work Space that is light and bright & a big table with plenty of board games. Upstairs is the living quarters. Patio Table and BBQ Grill right outside of the big main room on the main level. Large yard with lots of grass. Books, Games and Puzzles provided. Waffle mix and Syrup along with Coffee and Cocoa provided. You’ll also find Shampoo, and Bodywash and T.P. and Paper Towels. This is a NO Smoking, NO Vaping and No Pets Rental. Next to our two other rentals if you need more space. Close to USU, Eccles Ice Arena, Soccer Fields, Golf, Logan and Smithfield Temples. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. You will love staying in a fancy barn.

Quiet, comfortable and clean!

We were in the area for a business trip so we chose to make it a little longer and have a mini vaca as well. The booking and check in were seamless. Very quiet area with so many adventures surrounding the area! Next time we are in the area we will certainly choose this lovely spot again! Highly recommend

Perfect Stay for Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rustic bungalow was immaculate and instructions on check in and check out were very thorough. Next time we vacation in this area, I would not hesitate to book here again. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything that you need!

Amazing stay at the Rustic Barn

Me and my colleague stayed for a week at this property while attending the Small Satellite Conference in Logan. The property is in a quiet area and has coffee and all the amenities we need.

Wonderful Peoperty that has everything

We were so impressed with the location and facilities. Everything was supplied and so many extras. Room is upstairs, living rim, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There's patio access, so many extras inside the cabin.

Relaxing!!!

This place was the perfect balance of cute and absolutely relaxing!! It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The breakfast of pancakes was awesome and I thought it was very nice of the hosts to supply those supplies! Overall I would rate this a 10/10 place to stay and will recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere cute and quiet in the Logan area!

We had a great time at the Rustic Bungalow Barn! Everything was well stocked, clean, the area was nice, bed was comfortable, and having the pancake/waffle mix included was a bonus! It’s fun to see the mountains out the window.

I was raised right around the corner and consider Hyde Park the best place ever to live. This barn is located right behind my great grandmothers home that is also a rental property. The barn is huge but the apartment is small and cozy! You'll love this area it's quiet and neighbors are very friendly. The Barn is less than 10 years old but surrounded by history.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is spotless and fully stocked with everything you can possibly need. We are also near by and are available to help you with anything. We work really hard to make our rentals the nicest places you will ever stay. There is another rental home to the side of this barn and another rental home next door to that, so if you need a bigger space to stay look for the Vintage Charmer or the Rustic Abode. Let us know if you have any questions.

The living space is adorable! It has been fixed up so nice and is ready to go. It looks huge but the living quarters are smaller. Room for 4 people total. Tons of green grassy space in the yard. Help yourself to the apples and pears on the trees.
