Pool table, enclosed one car garage, covered large private patio and a large yard with swings in the back. Waffles for breakfast provided. Lots of extras! Next door to two other rentals if you need more space. No Pets or NO Smoking on or inside this property please. Close to USU, Eccles Ice Arena, Logan and Smithfield Temple, Golf, Restaurants and Shopping. You will love the neighborhood.

This was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate and very well maintained. The house met all our needs and was just a really nice to stay. The hosts were very informative leading up to the trip, and the binder and labels throughout the house were an added bonus too. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will probably be back next year as well! You will not regret booking this property.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking on the stove or microwave. Lots of utensils and silverware. Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Waffle Maker was provided. The house was extremely clean and inviting. There were extra blankets provided in each room.

Great place!

This property is very nice. The cleanliness is awesome. Our adult daughter has MS and had difficulty getting up the stairs in the garage. A railing would be very helpful, perhaps even for others as well.

Wonderful house for family Graduation

We stayed at the house for our son’s Graduation. Had a small party in the back yard in the evening. The house is a great size, super kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Recommended.

Charming home with plenty of room

We had a great stay in this charming, nicely remodeled, home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the lights and noise but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for our large family with all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Great communication from the host and check-in was super simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Happy to share my childhood home that has a full renovation. I love to decorate, paint, and gather people together and entertain. I live next door so I’m happy to assist in anyway. I clean this property myself to make sure it's the best it can be. I hope you will enjoy your stay. We have another home next door called the Vintage Charmer, it's my great grandmothers home that was restored to look old even though it's newly renovated. We also have a barn out back that is a rental. I hope you'll love the place as much as I do!
