Située dans la communauté de Westridge, à moins de 20 minutes des parcs thématiques Disney, cette charmante maison de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec piscine est un lieu de séjour idéal pour visiter Orlando, Floride-Disney. Maison climatisée et sécurisée avec piscine privée, 4 chambres composées de: lit King size dans la chambre principale, les chambres 2 sont un lit Queen. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont 2 lits jumeaux. Il grande maison de 4 chambres peut accueillir 8 personnes.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, four, grille-pain, cafetiÚre, micro-ondes et plus. Laveuse et sécheuse. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également fournie afin que vous puissiez parcourir les sites Web locaux et planifier vos journées. La piscine a un enclos blindé.

A wonderful stay all around. Stayed here for 7 weeks and everything was perfect. House was very clean and comfortable to live in. Location is very good to get to the I-4 and is close to a lot of food spots and shops. Kris was very friendly and easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy.

Incredible Stay – It Had Everything and More!This holiday home in Florida was absolutely perfect for our trip. It had everything we needed and so many thoughtful extras that made our stay even better. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up — truly a home away from home.We loved the private pool, and the fact that there were inflatables already there for us to use was such a nice touch! Having a hair dryer, washing machine, and tumble dryer made things so convenient — especially when traveling with kids. Every detail had been thought of, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and great outdoor space.The location was fantastic too, close enough to Disney, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood, the pool is awesome the kids stayed in it the whole time just about. The owners are always available to communicate and answer any questions you may have. Self check in process is super easy. Everything you would need to stay a short stay or super long. Lots and lots of towels which definitely helps with the pool. Lots of stuff for the kids to keep busy without leaving the house. Just need your clothes! Very relaxing! Highly recommended! Will definitely stay again if we are coming back to the area!

Overall stay was wonderful. Nice clean home. Closer to disney than universal. pool was so awesome. Clean and fun. Step right out onto the patio and jump right in. Plenty of beds blankets towels and anything else you might need. I will definitely be booking again when I return to orlando.

Two months at the Villa

This is our second time at the Villa. Same as the first one, our stay rates up there at the top. Accommodations are first rate, situation is very good, comfort inside and out is outstanding. Cozy Family Stay

Our stay was enjoyable! The rental was well-equipped with the essentials for our week-long trip. We appreciated the convenient location, being close to parks, shops, and stores. The pool was a nice amenity, although the cooler weather (highs in the 40s-50s) made it difficult to heat up enough for use during part of our stay. This wasn't a reflection on the rental itself, but rather the weather conditions.The kids absolutely loved the game room! That was a big hit.Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the pool: if the weather's below 50, it might be tough to get the pool warm enough.

Christmas family getaway

This was a great house for our family Christmas getaway. The house was stocked with many of your kitchen essentials, bath towels and pool towels. The pool was heated to 92-93 degrees. The kids enjoyed all the pool toys and Floaties. The game room was excellent beds were perfect for sleeping. Also, in a great location, close to stores and attractions. Kris was great and even checked on us throughout the week to see how we were all doing. Responded quick with any questions. We would stay at this house again.

Exceeded expectations

This was the first time using VRBO and was a little nervous but the pictures were accurate, the house had everything we could have asked for. The owner was so quick to respond to every one of my messages. The adult children loved the game and my younger daughter lived the pool whenever we weren't at disney. My husband and I were able to relax by the pool. The location was so convenient to all the attractions. If I can convince my husband to return to Florida we will definitely rent again. We will be suggesting to all our friends. Thank you to Kris and his family for letting us borrow their home.

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.

If this is your first time to consider a 'villa' holiday, we hope you will give it a try and make a booking today. Once you have, you won't think about living out of a suitcase in a small, expensive hotel room EVER again!
