Située dans la communauté de Westridge, à moins de 20 minutes des parcs thématiques Disney, cette charmante maison de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec piscine est un lieu de séjour idéal pour visiter Orlando, Floride-Disney. Maison climatisée et sécurisée avec piscine privée, 4 chambres composées de: lit King size dans la chambre principale, les chambres 2 sont un lit Queen. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont 2 lits jumeaux. Il grande maison de 4 chambres peut accueillir 8 personnes.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, grille-pain, cafetière, micro-ondes et plus. Laveuse et sécheuse. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également fournie afin que vous puissiez parcourir les sites Web locaux et planifier vos journées. La piscine a un enclos blindé.

Il se trouve juste à côté de l’autoroute 27, la voie principale traversant Kissimmee, avec ses nombreux restaurants, bars, points de vente et autres attractions. Le I4 est facilement accessible. Les aéroports et Tampa (pour Busch Gardens) sont facilement accessibles.

Myself and my young family had a fantastic two weeks at the villa. We were mainly out exploring Disney and universal but it was very relaxing to come back and take a dip in the pool and unwind in the games room.The villa was bigger than we expected and we could have easily fitted 4 more people and had plenty of space. The kids loved their room and were upset to leave. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The villa is clean, quiet and accessible. The host is genuine. There are plenty of towels and my truest love here besides the pool, is/was that everything is labeled! Kris was easy to communicate with. The house was everything we needed. The pool took longer to warm up than I had hoped but that wasn't his fault. Crazy weather. Once it did it was heaven.

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We also provide a free "TouchStay" app for your Android or iPhone cell phone so you can get directions to local entertainment, maps and neighborhood information.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.

If this is your first time to consider a 'villa' holiday, we hope you will give it a try and make a booking today. Once you have, you won't think about living out of a suitcase in a small, expensive hotel room EVER again!
