From this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood you will have easy access to downtown, the University of Montana, and many outdoor adventures right out your front door.
The space
This home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There are two kid friendly bedrooms near the master. One would be perfect for an older child to sleep, play, and hang out in an indoor treehouse. The other bedroom is an infant/toddler room with an adjustable crib, toys and highchair. The downstairs bedroom is a private space secluded from the rest of the house with a king size bed.

There are two living room spaces. One is near the kitchen and features a cozy fireplace, writing desk, and a variety of board games. The downstairs living room has a large TV with HDMI cable to stream your favorites or cuddle up for a family movie night.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including an air fryer, Ninja blender, and griddle.

This home includes a laundry room with washer and dryer near the downstairs bathroom.

The hot tub is located on the backyard patio near a gazebo with beautiful lighting and a propane fire pit.

This space is our primary residence which we rent when travelling.

Guests will have off-street parking on the two-car driveway. This quiet and safe neighborhood is located near hiking trails, Snow Bowl Ski Resort, a biking/walking path, and a beautiful mountain creek.
