Cabane au bord de la rivière avec excellent kayak et pêche

Enjoy 200 ft of waterfront all to yourself! This camp provides ample indoor/outdoor living with an oversized screened in porch. The Grasse River is perfect for Kayaking and highly sought after by fishing enthusiasts.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a loft area that is best suited for children who are able to independently climb a ladder. The living room is equipped with a pull-out couch (queen) as well as a pull-out chair (twin). There are sliding barn doors on the living room for added privacy.

Outdoor living at it's best! Previous guests have enjoyed viewing bald eagles, deer, herons and other wild life. There are multiple outside decks and a covered front porch. Relax by the fire pit with Adirondack chairs overlooking the river. You will find a large gas grill on the deck for summer cookouts.

The camp is stocked and ready with all kitchen essentials, board games, DVDs, 2 Netflix-enabled televisions and a starter arrival package of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. There is a washing machine, however, the dryer is not hooked up at this time. A clothing line is available outside for drying.

I always try to get this property when I’m in the area. The hosts are wonderful and the home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The view is gorgeous and it’s peaceful. Always a relaxing time. 100 stars. Highly recommend.

Our second time renting this amazing listing and it didn't disappoint! The beautiful, serene, quiet and private location is the perfect place for a calm relaxing slow paced vacation. Being in the country you do encounter wildlife and bugs but nothing unexpecting for the setting. Fishing in the river was great and we used the screened in porch and fire pit often. Will definitely keep this location in the vacation rotation!

Was a nice get away, we really enjoyed the enclosed patio even with some rainy weather it was very pleasant. Valarie was great at communicating and they really have everything you may need for a cabin trip. Would recommend!

Very cozy and warm and clean cabin by the creek side. It was so relaxing and welcoming here. My Mom and Aunt and I quickly developed our morning routine of breakfast and coffee while watching the mesmerizing water wallow by. The convenient binder with information on things to do gave us ideas of daily excursions. We even saw some deer pass through one evening! All in all a great low key family getaway. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, quiet, and the river was amazing. The house had all the amenities that we needed, the bed was comfortable, but we spent most of our time in the screened in porched which offers an amazing view of the river! We would definitely stay at this property.

This river front cottage was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway surrounded by nature. There was so much provided for us to do, from games to DVDs. Communication with the host was very open and quick to reapond and accommodate any extra needs. The property grounds were well taken care of and brought us so much serenity. It was a wonderful stay!

Relaxing stay by the river

I had a wonderful stay at the Grasse River Getaway. The setting was quiet and peaceful—exactly what I needed to unplug and recharge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything in the cabin was clean and thoughtfully set up. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Grasse River Getaway

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Grasse River Getaway. The house is located on a very peaceful spot along the river and the screened in porch lets you enjoy the sights and sounds of the water rushing by rain or shine. Very close to McKnight's Maple Market and just down the street from delicious calzones and pizza at the Mills Country store, we would definitely stay here again!

Great riverside retreat

What a wonderful, relaxing location with beautiful outdoor spaces! We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, doing a little fishing and unwinding in this perfectly appointed home. A short drive to Potsdam, it was the perfect place to relax in between Clarkson family weekend events. So happy we found this little gem!
