This two story cozy small home has two bedroom, one bath will have you feeling right at home the second you walk in. Recently renovated, with brand new appliances and furniture throughout the entire house. Located on a quiet side street, and just a few minutes walk away from downtown, you recieve the best of both worlds with this cozy space! Fully equipped with all your daily essentials, cook your own meals and do your laundry here for your extended stays 🙂we strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Perfectly located for our visit with our son who is going to college in town. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. Highly recommend!

Watch your head!

The home clean, updated and the first floor is well furnished. The upstairs however is better suited munchkins, there's an area at the very of the stairs that's only about 4' high.

Great find

Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam.

Little House

The house was clean and very cute. Suggestion- put a sign telling people to watch their heads upstairs as the ceiling is low and slanted.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

Lovely and spacious living area with a comfortable couch and two soft throws, lots of pillows. Two nice bedrooms on second floor with motion sensor lights on the stairs, so easy to come and go at night. Nice kitchen (if you're looking for utensils for fancy cooking, this is a bare minimum kind of kitchen, but I had everything I needed!) and a bath with plenty of towels and bath supplies. Quiet neighborhood—close to downtown Potsdam. Host left a binder with delivery menus, as well as an email message full of lists of nearby shops, restaurants, and more. Staying here alone (with small dog), I felt safe at all times. Gravel drive for parking—easy in and out. Great place!

Beautiful house, exactly what we needed

The house was super clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. We were in town for a wedding and the house was convenient and accommodating. Boarded up house next door seemed sketchy at first but was totally fine. Rest of neighborhood was friendly. Would definitely rent again!

Cozy and comfortable!

We rented this property to spend Easter weekend with our college student in Potsdam. The house was newly remodeled inside so everything was new and clean. It had everything you need to stay there and cook your own meals etc. The couch and beds were very cozy and comfortable. House is convenient to everything in town. On Easter Sunday we drove 2 hours to mass at Notre Dame Basilica of Montreal which was really cool.

College Visit

Beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable! Our family of 4, with 2 teenage boys, enjoyed our stay during Clarkson University’s Accepted Student’s Day. Huge TV, comfortable couch, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Everything we needed in a welcoming setting. Will definitely be staying again.

Cozy home with high class comforts

This newly renovated small house was perfect for us. Walking distance to the town of Potsdam. For the same price of a local hotel we were treated to high class confronts. Well decorated with a very comfortable couch and beds. A high functioning kitchen and fantastic shower with many huge fluffy towels. A perfect place to stay when visiting our son who attends SUNY Potsdam.
