We enjoyed our stay over the Xmas holiday as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. The rooms were decent sizes and it was great to have access to the garage. Location was very convenient, 15 min away from Canyon Village.

Great condo and great renter. The property was awesome, spacious, clean, and extremely well kept. Location was great for park city area. Garage was a huge plus making it super easy for in and out. Especially in the winter. Communications were terrific and bear immediate. Overall great place and great renter. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house clean, comfortable and relaxing

This house was a great location for ski vacation. It is not ski in/out but very close to the resorts, Deer Valley 13mins and Park City 12mins. The property was clean, comfortable and relaxing, perfect for 6 people. Even we got the small problem about the water heater, but the owner responded very quickly and found the maintenance staff to fix the problem. We would definitely come back again next time.

Perfect place for a ski getaway!

I had such a great time at this house right outside of Park City! I was there for almost 3 weeks and it was the perfect place to serve as a home base while skiing many days and working from home other days. It was an easy drive to both ski resorts and the public parking / bus was convenient. Ubers to and from downtown Park City were also reasonable and didn’t require a long wait. The house was very clean, everything was in great, working order, the beds were comfortable, and it was easy for us to cook dinner at home! The host was easy to contact and made my stay as seamless as possible.

Great accommodations, host and location!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this spotless and comfortable townhouse for a quick ski weekend in Park City. KT, the host, is a wonderful communicator, and she is very accommodating! She supplied us with great recommendations and her check in and out procedures were sent in a timely fashion. The property has everything we needed for our comfortable stay, and it is beautifully furnished with great lounging space. It is located approximately 15 minutes for the PC ski area. It was very nice to be this short distance away from the crowds! I highly recommend this townhome and we would definitely love to stay again!

Beautiful condo with short commute to the slopes.

This is our annual ski trip out west so finding a place that’s affordable and close to the slopes isn’t always easy. This condo is located just 10-15 minutes to park city mountain and deer valley. The condo is very clean with comfortable beds, a great layout with all the bedrooms upstairs. The main level has the kitchen, half bath and a large living/dining room to relax after a long day on the slopes. I usually look for places with hot tubs but all the affordable ones were already rented. This condo has the next best thing with a large tub in the master and also a nice deep soaker tub/ shower in the secondary. Kristin (the host) was very responsive with any questions we had and also had recommendations to local restaurants. We couldn’t have been happier. Just book this place!! You won’t be sorry.

Perfect stay

The property is located close and super-conveniently from Park City, just close enough for frequent access, but not so close as to feel you are always amongst crowds. The property is in flawless condition and was great for my party of 6, and the property manager was responsive and very easy to work with. I would have no hesitation in booking this property in the future.
