Located just two miles north of the spectacular Jordanelle Reservoir at the base of Brownâs Canyon, this 2735 sq ft, 4-bedroom townhome is in excellent proximity to Park Cityâs endless activities and outdoor attractions and stunning mountain and valley views. With historic Main Street Park City just a five-minute drive away and downtown Salt Lake City barely over thirty minutes beyond. This mountain modern home is seasonally priced and provides an excellent vacation opportunity for families.

Enter through the basement level from the spacious 2-car garage that leads into a large family room, full bathroom, and the first of four bedrooms with a king-size bed. Head upstairs to the main level to find the chef-inspired open kitchen featuring elegant wood cabinetry and gorgeous countertops with classic subway tile backsplash. Plus, the premier appliance suite includes a stunning Viking range, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The center island has casual bar stool seating and an efficient dishwasher, while the nearby DINING TABLE has seating for six. Around the corner is a LAUNDRY closet with a full-size washer and dryer. Continuing on the main, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed with another full-size bath. Upstairs on the third floor, there are two twin over-queen bunk beds, a huge sofa, and a TV. All rooms have been furnished with a modern, contemporary look and feel.
