The location was wonderful the property was wonderful. Set up for two couples or a family. We all completely agree that it was perfect place!!!

We wish there was air conditioning but aside from this we were very happy with our stay. We left the windows (and shades to allow air in) and used earplugs and eye covers. This worked great. The townhome is in an excellent location though there is traffic noise, etc so ear plugs are a must. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening, a nice bonus. Best for one couple or a couple with young children as only one bedroom has a closet or any storage (ample though). The lower bath is very small but nice to have, especially when cooking or sitting outside. Overall we would recommend staying here and enjoying the roominess compared to a hotel.

Christmas Market Heaven

My wife and I just spent four nights in Regensburg enjoying the town and the multiple Christmas Markets. The apartment was excellent in itself, but the location being so close to the train station, Thurm and Taxis, and old town was second to none. We enjoyed eating brunch at Rough Surface every day after our run along the river. Would highly Recommended

Best in Town

The house is a beautiful and modern place, very well located in the city center of Regensburg. It is next to the parks, restaurants and shops in a family friendly neighborhood with easy access to the main avenues, public transportation and parking. The property is very well equipped, with all that is needed for a very comfortable stay. Dagmar is a great host, always helpful and available. We'll definitely come back.

Hot weather, no fans or A/C, meant windows had to be open. Drunks heading to the train station throughout the night made for dismal sleeping. Layout of the rental was odd. Nowhere to comfortably sit on the upstairs level, and only one couch to sit downstairs. Couldn't have friends over. Would not choose again.

Dear Brian We are sincerely sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the warm weather, we completely understand how this may have impacted your comfort. While our property does not feature air conditioning as the technology / machines that need to be placed outside the building are NOT allowed ( due to restrictions / laws for the protection of the historical city center of Regenburg) , we do provide fans on request - so we would have loved to hear from you during your stay. We also regret that outside noise from the nearby train station disturbed your rest. Although the location offers convenient access to transport and the city center, we understand that this can sometimes bring challenges, especially during the night. Concerning the layout and seating arrangements, we appreciate your honest observations. The house was designed with 2 full king size bedrooms - one of them is offering a falting / convertibel bed - and a big table ( on wheels ) .. this beeing said one bedroom could have been easily into a further seating area for 4 people - PLUS on the terrace leve there is a second big table offering space for another 5 people seating very comfortably. It is the sofa that accomodates 2-3 people plus the sofa stool - So welcoming friends beeing seated at the table would work out perfectly just if everybody wants to sit on the sofa this would not work out - you are right Again many thanks for your feedback shared

Great location in Regensburg. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The host was responsive, which helped with some WiFi connection issues throughout our stay. Despite this problem, it was an excellent apartment. If you visit when it is hot, you will need to leave the windows open at night to cool down the apartment, and we did experience a few mosquito bites. Also, because the location is near the park and train station, a lot of late partying noise until around 3 am, although this is not the fault of the host.

Well Located, Well Equipped

We stayed in the Regensburg townhouse for 9 days. It is well-located in the old city, near to all attractions, restaurants, shopping and parking. It is well-equipped ... we were able to make coffee, meals and do laundry. The house is comfortable, secure, quiet and private. We enjoyed the outdoor area. The staff we encountered were readily available, pleasant, flexible and helpful.
