This immaculate, well-kept condo has 2 bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms, two balconies, 2 pools and tennis courts. Restaurants and pubs are scattered around the island. A great place to relax and have a good time. Two swimming pools, two tennis courts and shuffleboard. Bocilla Island Club has a 400 foot dock that extends into Charlotte Harbor where the fishing is also great! And you have your own boat slip. Useppa shore-point offers an on-site, full service Marina. There you can launch your boat, buy gas, bait and tackle, and be fishing in Boca Grande Pass all within 15 minutes.

NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00.

Beautiful stay
The property was clean and well kept. The location is great at the end of the island near two restaurants. Property staff were very quick to respond and make the overall process so easy. Only negative is that the washer sucked in a nice work shirt into the agitator that ruined it. Overall this was a great property and I would stay again.

Beautiful condo
Everything in the Condo was brand new and clean. Layout of the unit was great with both bedrooms upstairs with their own baths. Screened in patio off living room and master. Kitchen was well appointed. Pools and lands were beautiful. Neighbors were all friendly. Only issue with the unit was TV was streaming only and After some discussion with rental mgr he was able to get owners to make their account accessible. Also some strong sewerage odor from the association’s water system across from unit but got better just before we left. Would recommend this Condo to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxed vacation.
