New Owners of a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath home located between beach and the bay.

MANY UPGRADES where done for 2024 summer season. ALL FURNISHINGS ARE BRAND NEW. WIFI and HULU with LIVE TV INCLUDED in all bedrooms and living room.

Great place to entertain with friends and family. 2 on site parking spots included.

Outdoor deck w seating area. BBQ for guests use

Large living room for entertaining with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Full bath on first floor.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with a large closet and SMART TV (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and large closet SMART TV (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 has 2 TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BEDS, Foosball table and arcade game. SMART TV (Sleeps 6-8)

8 beach passes included for 2024.

Amazing luxury property at the Shore. Very clean and updated amenities. The kids room was loved by my teens and patio on the deck was a great place for coffee in the morning. Close to boardwalk and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic place!Clean fresh. Great location! Weather was terrible so we didn’t get to do beach, but there’s a great boardwalk! And lots to do in the area. We thought the listing advertised bikes but we didn’t see any. Weather was anyways too rainy. Foos ball and Pac-Man were a big hit!!

The hosts were top notch, communication was impeccable, Check in and check out were a breeze, even let us check in early and check out late. Bedrooms, mattresses & couch were very comfortable. Location to the beach and boardwalk were stellar. Will 100% stay here again if we are to return to seaside!

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and furnished beautifully. The beds were very comfortable and lots of space for everyone. It was just about perfect. The only thing that I could complain about was that there was no outdoor shower which helps when you have 4 teenagers coming home from the beach fighting for the shower.! But it all worked out and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home

Updated, beautifully decorated home. Had all the beach and home essentials. Great kids room, comfy beds. Neighborhood was fine, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it was kind of a long walk to the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

Soooo GOOD!!! Incredibly Courteous Landlord!! Seamless Process.

My husband, 4 teenagers and I stayed so very comfortably in this STELLAR ACCOMMODATION. We had other family and friends staying at other houses in Seaside Heights and Lavallete during the same week and we all couldnt have been happier. The house is immaculate. It has everything you could possibly need in a beach vacation rental and then some. The landlord is beyond gracious, understanding, prompt and kind.

Perfect Home, Excellent Hosts

The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating! The house was exactly as listed and even had a few extra amenities. Perfect location. Beds were super comfy. The kids loved their room and the games. The water pressure is a bit low and the floors upstairs are a little noisy so it’s hard to walk around at night without disturbing others, but those were very minor issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay!

Probably one of the bests houses we have ever stayed at. Owner was super nice, very communicative. Would book again 100%. House is beautiful and not far from the beach. 10/10 loved it!!

Labor Day week

My family and I had amazing week of vacation in Seaside Heights thru Labor Day

Came down for my bachelorette with my bridesmaids. The house was so cute and clean. The beds were all comfortable. Highly recommend, would stay here again. 10000/10.

Seaside Family Vacation

I've been visiting the shore for over 40 years, both as a child and into adulthood with my family. This was our first time staying in the Heights, and we were met with great hospitality. The house was beautifully decorated , clean and provided amenities that were perfect for out-of-state travelers, such as beach chairs, towels, linens, and starter toiletries. The close proximity to the boardwalk was especially convenient for our young adults who enjoyed frequent stops at the shops, food choices, and attractions.We were very pleased, relaxed, and happy with our stay, and we made wonderful family memories in a different part of Seaside.

Great location
 close to the boardwalk and beach! Very clean. Comfortable furniture (couch and beds). Kids room was fun with the bunks and games. Appreciate the linens and towels and toilet paper, paper towels and travel size shampoo/conditioner to get started. Loved the color scheme of the home as well. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely

Great getaway! The house was wonderful and clean. We appreciated the extras (games, beach wagon, ect.. -though there were not bikes, as listed). Beautiful decor, super-comfy beds. Nice location. If you are a light sleeper I highly recommend bringing a small fan or white noise machine. The bare floors cause noise to carry throughout the house. Overall, great stay and will look to book again next year. 😊
