The first floor is home to the gourmet kitchen, coffee and beverage bar, dining table seating 8 plus another 4 at the bar, and the living area with a large screen TV. The second floor features two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. One bedroom has two Twin beds, while the other has one King Bed. On the third floor, you will find the final two bedrooms—both with private bathrooms and king-sized beds.

Knee Deep is in a prime location in Highland Park and is just a short walk from the resort pool. The community is located on 30A with attractions like Seaside, Gulfplace, Rosemary Beach, and more, just a short drive or golf cart ride away!

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.


The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
