Important info missing from listing

We loved our stay here. But it's not accessible & should state in the listing: There are several flights of stairs. The tub/shower has a 2-3 foot high clearance to enter and is slippery. Otherwise, the location is PERFECT, the bed comfy, clean, safe. Will stay here again.

Great spot

I was quite comfortable once I got into the apartment but they really should tell you ahead of time that it’s on the TOP floor and there is NO elevator. I stayed for almost three weeks and had soooo much stuff to bring up! Also, they left ONE roll of toilet paper in the apartment for my THREE WEEK stay. The laundry facilities are something that is an extra expense and that is not indicated in the listing. It is also three long flights of stairs and a semi creepy basement that you have to experience to get to the laundry. The shower was a little interesting as well with no anti slip mats and the top railing regularly came apart. The place was quiet and clean. Everything worked well and was comfortable. Sufficient definitely for a short stay but I would not recommend long term.

Would not book again

First, the manager/property owner was very attentive and readily available to fix any issues. However, the shower broke twice and was very hard to get in and out of (and I’m tall), the neighbors were EXTREMELY loud with very thin walls, the neighborhood was pretty sketch and reminded me of the slums, the apartment was at the top floor (about 5flights of stairs) with no elevator and there were so many homeless people outside. We even saw a notice on the neighbors door that said the apartment was being video monitored. Super creepy. We checked out early and stayed elsewhere. The owner said they’d issue partial refund for the shower issues but haven’t done so. It was unfortunate. We also saw someone’s hair in the shower and in the bed so we didn’t get under the covers.

Pretty good

Overall good his was a pretty good stay. One night I had major issues with the down stairs neighbor playing extremely loud music ALLLLL night til 7am. And the last day of stay there was no Wi-Fi.. otherwise I enjoyed the place and my time there
