Great stay

This property is exactly as depicted. I love staying there- clean, quiet, conveniently located, lovely grounds with nice neighbors, easy parking- and yes, hummingbirds! The owner is fantastic- easily reached and always responsive. I’ll be back next winter!

Great condo in convenient location

This condo is a very comfortable unit - large and well equipped with good appliances and comfortable beds. The street is quiet but centrally located for groceries and restaurants. The owner is responsive and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Could I keep this a secret ?

I’d really rather not share my impressions of this property. It’s that good and I’d like it to be available to me whenever I want to visit…. Aside from being a great place to stay, the owner Kathy is a gem.

Hummingbird Haven

This property has a nice, comfortable layout with three balconies in a convenient location in South Palm Springs. The view from the main balcony is great, with Bob Hope's iconic house on the mountainside in the background, and happy hummingbirds in the foreground! We enjoyed our stay very much and Kathy was responsive whenever we needed any help along the way. Our dog also quite enjoyed strolling around the beautifully landscaped neighborhood.

Great place, great location

Condo was everything we expected and more. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, beautiful grounds and pools. Main balcony was our favourite spot for many hours per day. Permanent residents and snowbirds so friendly and welcoming. Kathy was very quick to deal with any issues we had and went above and beyond to fix them. We would highly recommend this property for short or long stays.
