Relax and unwind at Fairway Villas Waikoloa K3, a ground-floor 2-bedroom condo overlooking the lush 4th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and a peaceful lake. This comfortable island retreat sleeps up to four guests and offers easy indoor-outdoor living with a private west-facing lanai perfect for enjoying sunset skies and gentle island breezes.
Inside, the open living space features comfortable seating, a large 75â TV, central air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a king for an additional fee. A second full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for your stay.
Guests are also provided a beach starter kit with 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for days spent exploring the Kohala Coast.
