Wonderful place to stay!

We were in need of a short term rental for 5-weeks before moving across the country. Brandon's place was just perfect! It was incredibly clean and had just everything you would need to feel right at home. The decor is cozy, modern and refreshing-- a super clean and relaxing vibe. The rooms are incredibly spacious. My family felt right at home! The location is also ideal-- walking distance to Lake Merritt, a playground, a library, all the shops, restaurants and theaters on Grand. Brandon was responsive and incredibly helpful right from the get-go. We would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again. Thanks for helping our transition and move feel a lot smoother, Brandon!

Kendall and her family were wonderful guest! I had the pleasure of hosting them for just over month before they moved out of the Bay Area. During their stay, Kendall was an excellent communicator, polite and she was respectful to the space. They went above and beyond, even pushing the trash bins out to the curb, which was so nice of them! I would be very happy to have them stay again anytime if they some back to the Bay Area.

Maravillosas vacaciones en familia

Es un alojamiento maravilloso. La casa es bonita y espaciosa y está totalmente equipada. Todo estaba muy limpio. La única pequeña pega es que aunque la ubicación es muy buena, está pegada a la autopista por lo que se escuchan un poco los coches. Brandon es un anfitrión genial, fue muy amable y no tuvimos ningún problema para acceder, además estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. Pudimos cocinar y pasamos tiempo muy agradable en la casa. Sin duda repetiría alojamiento.
