The bungalow is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer. The living spaces and bedrooms have ceiling fans and the bathroom features a large soaking tub and shower.

Additionally, there is a spacious private backyard with a patio and BBQ grill, as well as multiple outdoor sitting areas where guests are welcome to smoke. The driveway can accommodate up to three cars behind a locked gate. Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the garage and the space behind it. The small locked closet in the front bedroom is off-limits.

The location is great as well, being so close to great places to explore in the bay area. Odessa was a wonderful host and was too quick to respond and help with any questions and concerns I had.
