Brought to you by GetAway—Sea Breeze offers a true oceanfront experience where each morning begins with the rhythm of the waves and peaceful views of the ocean. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable outdoor dining area, and a versatile basement featuring two twin beds, a washer and dryer, a couch, and a TV. The additional space is perfect for families or guests who want extra room to relax. With the beach just steps away, you can park once and simply enjoy your coastal escape. Please note that the property is entirely non-smoking, propane for gas grills is not provided, and the fireplaces are decorative only. Linens are included for your convenience.

The second bathroom had no ceiling and pipes leaking also spiders. The area upstairs was great!

The Best Vacation

We have been coming to Maine for twenty years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Everything was great and the location can not be beat. As soon as I’m able I plan to rent it for next summer.

On the beach

Best view on Wells beach. From sunrise to sunset. We were lucky to have a full moon also. Spacious upstairs for adults and great room down stairs for our adult kids. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor patio for lunch or dinner. Would recommend for anyone who wants beach side access!

Fabulous location! Great if you don't mind bringing your own sheets and towels.

Fabulous location! Not everything in listing was accurate - i.e. it has two bathrooms - both with showers. People may like to know that this is managed by an outside company - Getaway Vacations - and, that you have to bring your own towels and sheets. Coming from out of state, I was just lucky that my relative was able to provide those things.

Location Location

Location is great, right on the beach. Property was not cleaned before we came. Found dirty underwear under the bed, floors and carpets were black and full of sand. Bath rugs were not washed and stained. We cleaned the place and washed the rugs and notified management. We received no response back. The down stairs shower is not unusable due to being too small and the water direction of the shower head. I sent several messages to the property after we left the rental and have received no communication back. If you stay at this place plan on cleaning it when you arrive and don't plan on using the basement shower.

Beau séjour à la mer !

Du 9 au 16 septembre Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement/condo. L’endroit est conforme à la description sur le site. Propre et confortable. Vue imprenable sur la mer ! Belle terrasse, bien aménagée. Voisins sympathiques. Pour info Wifi Les coordonnées reçues par courriel et dans le cartable sont erronées. Nous avons fini par trouver les bons renseignements sur un petit tableau ( cœur) sur le mur du salon. Salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée Siège de toilette défectueux. Couvres matelas Très chaud à cause de la surface « imperméable »
