This newly renovated home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes to restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and major freeways. New roof, AC, plumbing, flooring, cabinets and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, utensils and cook wares. 4 bedrooms with 1 king, 2 queen, 1 full size tempurpedic mattresses, and a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 10 total. Nicely furnished patio for backyard BBQ. Washer and dryer onsite. Available for short or long term stay.

The house was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and would stay here again! The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this Houston home again in the future! The house is beautiful and the open layout was perfect for our one year old granddaughter to run around! The kitchen is spectacular, stocked with many amenities! We will definitely book again!

What an incredible stay. The house was even better than the photos. When we walked in we immediately noticed the cleanliness and beautiful aesthetics. The rooms were beautiful ,beds were comfortable and my favorite was the kitchen. It was well stocked and suitable for me to cook meals with all modern and high end appliances. The island is incredibly huge. I did a large grazing table using it. Instructions for the home was clear and communication from the host was immediate. She was kind,accommodating and not irritated by my questions and concerns. My husband and I lowkey wanted to be friends with the hosts they were so cool. What an amazing stay...we were all wowed! 100/10!

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was 10 minutes from the church and reception. The little ones enjoyed playing in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay.

Extended Stay

Spacious, updated home perfect for an extended stay for our family with a toddler. House was clean and kitchen is stocked with basic needs. The house is located on a busy street so we appreciated being able to use the garage for our 2 SUVs with easy app access. We enjoyed the location close access to HEB, restaurants and I-10. We would book again with Angelia!

Great Home!

We were so pleased with this property. My family was in Houston for a wedding and there were six of us. The house is immaculate. The inside has been remodeled and is very very lovely. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t be fooled. we weren’t able to use the outside picnic area Because of weather but that would’ve been fun. There is also a very nice grill. There were plenty of dishes pots and pans, high-end appliances, nice linens and two sitting areas in the living room. I’m not familiar at all with Houston, so I can’t comment on the location but if it’s in with 10 miles of where you were going, you should definitely try to stay here.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay

My family stayed for the weekend and we had a comfortable stay with the amenities provided, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful interior, and quick communication with our host. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent Property

This is a great property to stay at. We hosted our Annual Strategic Retreat for my organization this weekend. This house has everything we needed including laundry detergent. I was surprise but then I said to myself....Ok the home owners really have gone above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay here. Great neighborhood. Plenty of space. Beautiful kitchen. Living room has more than enough space to entertain. Thank you Angelia Guinara for allowing us to use your home. Special thank you for letting us check-in an hour early to avoid all of that Houston traffic. We're so grateful and we hope your home forever bless other families and other organizations that want to use it for meetings.
