New to Scottsdale! Sonora Desert style condo in Central Scottsdale, no more than 10 minutes to local attractions like Old Town nightlife, Spring Training, & TPC. Quiet, private gated community includes pool and workout room with running/biking trail directly behind it. Perfect for couples' getaways, golfers, girl's weekend, and remote workers. Features 2 king beds & 2 full baths with fully stocked kitchen. Guest bedroom features desk to work remotely & two patios to enjoy the warm AZ weather.

The Sonoran Stay offers a quiet, relaxing space for all kinds of travelers with local style and decor to make you feel welcome in Arizona. A first-level condo with spacious living room, numerous seating for guests, and large bedrooms when you want your own space.

The space offers a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and 75" smart TVs in all rooms with Netflix and Hulu included. Each bathroom offers shower amenities and the master bathroom has separate sinks, one with a make up counter.

In the morning, treat yourself with whole coffee beans and grinder for the freshest pot of coffee while sitting at the back porch bistro table. As the sun starts to rise, enjoy time by the pool, take a hike at one of the many mountains in the area, go golfing at some of the most acclaimed courses in the country, or explore Old Town Scottsdale. At night, enjoy the front patio with string lights and comfortable furniture.

Located in a community, we offer a workout space, pool, hot tub, and even a tennis court. Directly behind the community is a bike/walking path that spans all the way up through Scottsdale.

Our host was friendly and addressed every issue we had. Certainly not our hosts fault but a water pipe burst, saturated the floor, and a plumber found the problem. Then a restoration crew came in and placed three large, noisy fans in the condo which ran 24/7 for our last week.

Very comfortable, very clean! Made our stay very fun and accommodating. Communication from owner was great! Took advantage of pool and hot tub in February considering we are from Chicago.

Very comfortable

This location could not have been better for us. The condo is very comfortable and even though it is not a lot of square footage there was plenty of room for two couples. The bathrooms are very well appointed with the host adding the extras you don’t always pack or realize you need. The beds were very comfortable too. It is a downstairs interior unit but we had no issues with noise being disruptive. The only issue we had was with the keyless entry. We could never get that to work but an old fashioned key was available so we were able to make that work. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our condo is tastefully decorated with local decor from artists in and around the Scottsdale/PHX area. Anything else purchased was with the intent of buying second hand to give a greater emphasis on being green and re-using, vs. producing. Our condo is very spacious, but provides a really quiet and relaxing atmosphere to it.

While we have the amenities of other units you might see, we are fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay that you didn't even think of yet. This includes a fully stocked kitchen you could cook a Thanksgiving dinner with!
