Cozy All Season Beach House, Near Beaches/Portland

Our home has a very large living space. A beautiful and functional kitchen that opens up to the dining room. A large mudroom and a super cozy living room with a wood stove (to be used only with prior permission and an additional fee for wood). There are 2 separate office spaces (only one with a door) if you need to work while on vacation. The primary bedroom suite is very spacious and serene with an adjustable queen sized bed. There are two other bedrooms with queen beds as well as 2 air mattress to accommodate 2-4 children on the floors of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are on second floor. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms, one on the main floor, one in the primary bedroom suite and one off the upstairs hallway.

There is a large yard to enjoy time outside, a fire pit and a lovely large teak dining table on the deck.

Air conditioning available at an extra $50/day, 2 window units.

Hot tub is an extra $75/day. This is not always full and available, please ask ahead of time.

We are sorry, but no pets are welcome.

As of Spring 2025, the owners will be on the property in the building out back during your stay. Some of the backyard amenities will be shared between renters and owners (i.e. outdoor shower, hot tub, fire pit). To be discussed with individual renters. Plenty of space to share these amenities.
