Welcome to your oceanfront penthouse at The Brunswick, your perfect home away from home in the heart of Old Orchard Beach!

This two-level condo offers two spacious balconies with breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic—ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or listening to the ocean waves.

Enjoy live bands at the iconic “Swick”, where you can experience music outdoors (or indoors) in warm weather right from your own deck! In the fall/winter, the bands still play indoors Thursdays to Sundays. The bands are great and people are generally dancing the day/night away!

With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an open-concept living area, this retreat delivers the ultimate mix of coastal comfort, ocean breezes, and lively beach vibes.

Step outside and you’re just a 5-minute walk from all the excitement—nightlife, restaurants, downtown shops, the pier, amusement park, mini golf, pizza, ice cream, and classic fried dough. Whatever your perfect beach day looks like, you’ll find it here!

One parking spot is included at the Brunswick. If you have additional cars, please reach out for details on where to park them.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront, two-floor penthouse condo. The space itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with breathtaking ocean views from multiple levels that never got old. Waking up to the amazing sunrises was especially breathtaking!!What truly made this stay unforgettable was the live band downstairs. The music added such a fun, vibrant energy to the experience and made our nights feel like a vacation celebration without ever having to leave the property. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.Our host gave us great recommendations for places to go and some great restaurants. Communication was quick and would love to stay in the summer with the beach just a few steps away. If you’re looking for a stylish beachfront getaway with incredible views and a lively, memorable atmosphere, this penthouse is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect location on Old Orchard Beach. The owner was excellent with communication. The unit itself was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Spectacular views of ocean from living area and master bedroom. The restaurant downstairs has great live entertainment and delicious food. We definitely will be back!

Walking distance to everything you’d want in downtown OOB. If you don’t want to hear music, the bands do play outside until late at night in the nice weather so inquire about that if you have concerns. If you love the music, it’s amazing to be able to hear it from your balcony/condo.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Brunswick is an amazing oceanfront property in OOB with year-round entertainment. The bands are always awesome and people are always dancing! The restaurant has very good food and the bar has great drinks. Our penthouse condo has two floors and a very large balcony on each floor overlooking panoramic views of the beautiful ocean and the bands playing outside. Our condo is on the 5th & 6th floor (there is an elevator), so you can still enjoy the music outdoors from your balcony, but it's a bit better then the lower floors when you are ready for bed and you shut the balcony sliders. You can still hear the music but you're a bit further away than some of the other units.
