Get the rest of your life and forget all your worries in this tropical and serene space. This beautiful beach house is a perfect set up to entertain your family and friends. Few steps away from endless beaches perfect for morning and afternoon walks with memorable sunrises and sunsets, lovely ocean breeze throughout, relaxing ocean sounds, spacious covered terraces with BBQ and hammocks, open terrace with beach and ocean views, tropical patio.... Everything to make you feel in paradise!

The house sits on a nice corner and is surrounded by beautiful yards. Its orientation to the East, by the beautiful “Playa Azul”, provides fresh ocean breeze throughout all living areas. 2 huge covered terraces with hammocks, BBQ, nice outdoor furniture are the perfect stage for relaxation and social gathering with friends and family.
The upstairs open terrace connecting to the master bedroom and overlooking the beach is a great location for sun tanning, peaceful reading session, sunrise or night sky spectacles.
Wake up in the morning with a nice beach and ocean view from your bed. The living and dinning room are very accommodating. The kitchen is very spacious and remodeled. You have the convenience of having a laundry (washer/dryer), dishwasher and outdoor shower.

The property is ideally situated near a variety of attractions, including natural wonders like waterfalls, Hacienda Carabali, and the Fajardo Bioluminescent Bay, as well as cultural hotspots such as nearby Luquillo food kiosks, a casino, an outlet mall, and ferries to the Spanish virgin islands of Vieques and Culebra.

Guest access the whole townhouse. Recently renewed tennis and pickle ball courts as well as huge swimming pool, volley ball, basket ball and kids playground are part of amenities.

A great spot

The villa was very clean, well equipped and comfortable for our extended family, including 2 year old grandchild. The covered porch and roof deck spaces were wonderful for hanging out, eating meals and napping. A nice supply of beach toys, masks, etc. were provided, along with tennis racquets (though the community tennis court was in petty rough shape). Easy access to the beach for walking, and swimming after a short walk. Access is through a locked beach gate and across the street--the house and Solimar community felt very safe. It's a lovely quiet community and the villa, being the end unit among low-rise townhouses, provided a wonderful sense of privacy and exposure on three sides. Christophe was very responsive and helpful. We would easily return for a longer stay if we have the chance.

Perfect location but read the 'fine print'

Perfect location to stay practically on the beach BUT not mentioned in the 'about' is there is no direct beach access from the condo after 9:30 pm and before 6:30 am. The host was very kind and accomodating when the pool was not available to do a planned repair which we did not find out until we arrived but still a disappointment for our group to have chosen this location specifically to be so close to the water. Security advised us not to go around the gate due to the safety of the neighborhood. Perhaps this location is best for families who feel they need the security of a gated community and don't plan to wander onto the beach after dark.

Pool and beach gate operating hours are from 6am-9:30pm which is the period of time the community identified as most convenient and useful for all guests and families. Unfortunately, as explained when the guests checked-in, the pool had to go into an unplanned /emergency repair because of a leak and the community administration didn't notify formally in writing ahead of time the homeowners, which took us by surprise. We kindly credited back one night "FREE" to the guests for the inconvenience. The pool is now fixed and will reopen this Saturday Mar. 26, 2022.

A wonderful house in a great location! Very short walk to a beautiful swimming beach (protected by coral from the waves that were big while we were there - the waves at La Pared beach made the beach too dangerous to swim but the swimming beach closer to the house was perfectly safe). The beach right in front of the house is perfect for walking or sunbathing, but the water was rough while we were there so better to walk a little further to the safe swimming beach. The house is modern and well maintained and has all the amenities including a BBQ on the patio and a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with big screen TV for watching movies after a long day at the beach. The house is in a gated community so we never worried about theft or safety while we were there. Checking in was easy, there’s a lockbox by the front door so arriving late on your first day is not a problem.

House size is perfect for 6 to 8 persons. Spacious kitchen, laundry at your convenience. Huge pool, tennis and basket courts.
