Nous sommes en pleine forme après l'ouragan Maria. Nous avons le pouvoir et l'eau. Nous avons fait beaucoup d'améliorations! Nous avons remplacé toutes les fenêtres, repeint notre maison à l'intérieur / à l'extérieur, remplacé les ventilateurs, un nouveau climatiseur dans toutes les chambres à coucher, de nouveaux meubles de salon, un nouveau lit king en maître et le plus excitant - nous avons installé un sol, piscine d'eau salée PISCINE D'INFINITE!

Passez vos vacances à vous détendre dans une maison spacieuse de 4 chambres à coucher, climatisée et offrant suffisamment de place pour que tout le monde soit à l'aise. Idéal pour les grandes familles / groupes! Bien entretenu maison privée (pas de copropriété) situé à Hacienda Margarita - une belle communauté fermée, avec 24 heures de sécurité. Situé entre Luquillo et Fajardo. Des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan Atlantique et El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minutes en voiture de plusieurs plages spectaculaires (y compris plusieurs plages de surf). WI-FI et câble de base.

Cette maison de 2400 pieds carrés a deux balcons fabuleux, une couverte, l'autre avec 800 pieds carrés d'espace et une douche extérieure pour se rincer après une journée à la plage!

Courte distance en voiture Culebra et Vieques ferries. Près de la forêt tropicale El Yunque. Seulement 34 miles du Vieux San Juan El Morro hébergement et forts San Cristobal, et la vieille ville. Grands restaurants sont à seulement quelques minutes.

Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de toutes les activités de Puerto Rico. La communauté est calme et paisible. Exceptionnellement grands lots à domicile pour Puerto Rico offre intimité et la tranquillité. Suivre les bateaux de croisière passent pendant la soirée. Profitez de tous les sports d'eau pendant la journée et ensuite revenir à la maison pour se détendre sur le pont!

our stay was wonderful ! The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom opened onto a porch with breathtaking views of the mountains ,and the ocean. The scenery was absolutely spectacular. It handled 9 of us with no problem. the kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed the host was incredibly helpful, answered all of are questions right away. We absolutely loved this place and would highlyrecommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. We can't wait to comeback

Connie, the host, was marvelous and had great vacation ideas to help enhance our trip. The place was incredible and in a super great neighborhood. This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

The host was amazing. They had everything you would want including extra beach towels even though we filled the place to capacity. There were plenty of dishes to serve multiple meals. Beach charis and other beach toys. Dishwasher and washer and dryer got a lot of use with our big group. Well stocked kitchen with all the starters (coffee, creamer, etc.) Safe neighborhood. Hostess was very communicative and understanding. Couldn't have been better.

Awesome house!

The house is absolutely stunning and has all the essentials and family type will need. The pool and outdoor dining area are the highlights of the home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and nice and cool with each having their own AC unit. I will definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful trip to Luquillo. House had newly renovated kitchen, awesome swimming pool and was close to beach. Owners were very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working and super helpful and flexible.

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Great location and family home

We had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood was very nice. My sister and I enjoyed walking the hills in the neighborhood loop in the morning.

Unbelievable views and great location.

The house was exactly as pictured with stunning views, great swimming pool and every amenity you could possibly need. The large covered patio next to the pool was just perfect for sitting in the shade but still enjoying the views. The location was close to town, very easy to get to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Can’t wait to stay there again!
