Welcome to Beach Vibes condo located at Ariel Dunes 1 Seascape Resort.
This place has expansive pools, including a zero-depth entry pool. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated November – March 1st. An onsite fitness center is also available. Cabana Cafe restaurant is open every day from 11am - 2am Monday - Saturday and 11am - 2am on Sunday located on the lower level of Ariel Dunes I.
Seascape Resort is a wonderful, all-encompassing Resort spanning 360 acres of beautiful terrain, including 2000 feet of Emerald blue beach front, in Miramar Beach. Seascape provides an abundance of amenities and recreational activities sure to please every member of the family. On the Resort’s beach, there is a local’s favorite, Whale’s Tail, a beach front bar and grill, watersports, and other beach activities. Off the beach, Seascape has a championship golf course, six clay tennis courts, pickle ball court, 2 paddle ball courts, great restaurants and music venues, nature walks and plenty of biking trails. Once here, you never have to leave the Resort!

Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation condo sleeps 10 is just a spot for you and your family. You will find yourself spending lots of time out on the magnificent balcony when you’re not enjoying the multiple amenities offered on site. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Beach Vibe condo is a short stroll away from the white sandy beach.

• Master bedroom features a king bed access to covered balcony that is overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with a 43" flat screen TV
• Master bath has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub
• Second bedroom features a king bed with covered balcony that overlooks the golf course and the bay area, equipped with a 40" flat screen TV
• The second bath has a combination shower tub
• Third bedroom has full on full bunk bed and twin trundle with access, equipped with a 40" flat screen TV
• 3rd bathroom has a shower which is adjacent to the 3rd Bedroom
• Pack & Play and High Chair available in the unit
• Washer and Dryer located in the hallway

I am a full-time employee and a mother of four and a grandmother of 3. An avid traveler myself, it has been difficult not traveling due the COVID-19 outbreak. I love to travel to visit many places in the Caribbean islands, Europe and Asia. My goal is to visit Maldives, Singapore and Thailand next year.
As a traveler, I desire and expect my vacation home to be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected, well maintained, generously stocked, updated/stylish, and for my host to be available and happy to help if I need them. As your VRBO host, I strive to provide those things at a minimum. In addition, I provide quick, detailed communication, local recommendations, and a more personal touch to your stay. As my guest, you will travel and pay to stay in one of our properties or one that we manage, and my job is to provide the hassle-free, memorable vacation that I would want as a traveler.
