This property and our condo deserve a 10/10. Beautiful beach view, easy beach access, excellent umbrella/chair service, and our condo clean and beautifully furnished. Oh, and the pool was awesome. Conveniently located close to Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Publix, and several great restaurants. Next trip to Destin, we'll be coming back here!

We love Destin. We had a great time. The management company was extremely responsive. Some complaints that we have are: second guest room w/laundry room and bathroom attached to it was subpar, paint was old and dirty, floors were dirty, moldings dirty and need replacing, toilet bowl looked about 40 years old. The bathroom/laundry room should be replaced. The bedroom attached to that room was subpar. The bed was uncomfortable and did not smell like there were fresh linens. The furniture was old and ruined and lamps were dirty. The guest room with the twin beds was fine. The guest bathroom near that room was fine. The main master bedroom bathroom was beautiful and perfect. The living room couch was very comfortable, but not to sleep on. The dining room table was fine to sit at and the windows were beautiful. The view was absolutely amazing & top-notch. I would say that that condo would be perfect if you wanted a great view! The table on the deck was subpar as it needs to be replaced. It is extremely uncomfortable and one chair was completely broken. Not a very safe set to sit on. The kitchen worked well for us. The only thing I will say is upon coming into the house and for the entire week there was a smell of fish in the refrigerator and closet. We cleaned those two areas ourselves. The pool was unbelievable and access to the beach simply perfect!

Beautiful Views and Clean!

We loved this house! The views are absolutely beautiful! We watched dolphins swimming all day everyday! Comfy beds and the best part is the condo was extremely clean. Easy check in process and good communication from staff.

We loved the condo and all the security the building had. The walk to the beach was so easy and close. We never waited over 1-2 minutes for the elevators. We will come back again.

The propperty was centerally located and easy to acess. The Unit was beautiful.

This property has only 4 units per floor so it is not overcrowded and is located in the heart of Destin. Our unit was newly renovated and very lovely. The colors were nice and the furniture very attractive We would definitely stay here again
