This is the best of downtown living with everything you need within a couple blocks and an amazing view of the Single Speed patio! Building is secure with three entrances, elevator and off-street parking.

We've rented from Kade before and already have reservations for next year. The location is perfect-close to everything but can be very quiet, and we felt very safe.

Well placed apartment

The location is great for accessing bicycle trails and river walk. The apartment was spacious and was great to stay in on a wettish cool spring day.

Overall this is a great place to stay! Loved the large windows, gorgeous original hardwood floor, and the updated kitchen! It is close to the highway and has a great brewery right across the street. Will definitely look for this place again when we are back in town!

Excellent three night stay!

We would stay again! Traveled for college wrestling National Duals. Was a perfectly updated and comfortable place to stay! Access and on site parking were easy. The beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The location was wonderful with a Brewery across the street and downtown Waterloo restaurants blocks away. It was very cold so we drove. The UNI Dome in Cedar Falls was an easy 10min drive. Downtown Cedar Falls was also a fun city to dine.

Lots of natural light. Tall ceilings. Well controlled temps. Plenty of throw blankets. Very close to Single Speed brewpub. It had everything in the short term rental checklist. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and new from the measuring spoons to the curtains. Stylish and relaxing. Do we have to leave? This place is great. Will book again.

Family Weekend at UNI

We enjoyed our stay. The loft apartment was very clean and decorated just the way we like. Close to all places we visited. We enjoyed the bar across the street.

Excellent Location for John Deere

We stayed May 5-7, 2022. The loft was beautiful and very clean! We would stay again for the location was perfect for our needs. Kade was very helpful in the directions, and allowed us to check-in early upon our arrival. Thank you, we would stay again!
