During your stay with us you will enjoy 5-bedrooms (including a luxurious master), 3 bathrooms, multiple living rooms, and full kitchen. Enjoy our pool, hot tub, two covered decks and a covered patio, or head inside to the man cave, fully equipped with a pool table. This home has it all! *pool and hot tub subject to seasonal availability

This quiet neighborhood is perfectly located. Walking distance to a Theme Park, Water Park, Casino, and golf course. Running in front of the property is also the Cedar Valley Nature Trail, which connects 50+ miles of bike trails from the Cedar Valley to Cedar Rapids. Other nearby amenities include shopping malls, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to nearby highways makes easy travel to the University of Northern Iowa and other nearby attractions.

Parking for multiple cars in the large driveway. The Cedar Valley Nature Trail makes walking, biking, or use of electric scooters an easy way to travel to and from the Theme/Water Park, Casino, and golf course.

We stayed at this property with our kids and grandkids, 10 of us in all. It had plenty of room for everyone, and lots of space to spread out. It is very close to Lost Island Resort. We were unable to use the pool due to circumstances out of the host's control, but we had a great time anyway.

Great Place for Families!

This property has a homey atmosphere with excellent accommodations for larger family gatherings. It is in an excellent location close to shopping, dining and family activities like the waterpark and amusement park. The basement game room and hot tub were very popular with the grandchildren. We would happily come back again!

The property was great with easy access to the water park and theme park. There are many places to eat or buy groceries nearby. The rooms are a bit awkward in that you have to go through a bedroom in order to get to the master bedroom, but you can fit a lot of people in the house with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. I feel that communication could have been better. The messages i received during our stay seemed programed and the questions i had didn't get answered. Overall our stay was great and i would recommend this place to large groups wanting a private pool and close proximity to lost island.

Great Home!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and worked well for our group to gather there. Being close to Lost Island was a bonus. Communication with Property Manager was great also. We would highly recommend.

Great large family spot

We had 3 families all together for a long wknd and it was great! More than enough room for everyone, great amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table, etc) Everything was in great shape, clean, and well maintained. Very prompt communications and responses from hosts, would highly recommend to anyone!

This is a beautiful property. Our whole family enjoyed the venue very much. We are seriously considering using it the next time we get together. It was close to everything that we wanted to attend and the house was amazing. A true oasis away from home. We definitely will try to use this place again.

Location Location!

Perfect private location but excellent for quick trips/emergency necessities! Pool/hot tub and Theme Parks are a bonus as it was difficult getting the kids to leave the property! Communication with the vrbo rep and owner was very pleasant before and durning our stay We’re going back 4-5 Stars

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family trip to Waterloo. The house provided the exact number of bedrooms that we needed. We liked the two bedrooms with extra beds for the families. The pool and deck were nice for all of us to hang out. The extra table on the deck was perfect to play games. We did say we would have liked a bigger table in the house for games and eating, but we would stay in this house again.

Great place for family visit

Spacious, well-appointed house with nice deck and pool. Layout is a little strange. No closet in master bedroom and no locks on the bathroom doors. Kitchen could use updating. If we visit Waterloo again, this will be our place.

OHIO VICTORY TAKES ON WATERLOO!

Amazing & when I say amazing, I mean ANAZZZINGG! Kyle and Justin was great and easy to get ahold of during our short stay! House was amazing and fit all of us comfortably!!! Didn’t get to enjoy the extras like the pool and hot tub, but will deff book again when in the area! Thank you guys

Overall, the property is a nice place for larger groups to stay. The pool & Hot Tub were great for all! I would like to see more updated information on directions when road work caused us a bit of an issue. This road work coming from the Theme Parks was major, not completed in in a short period of time.

Our little family vacation 2024 was a blast we loved having the option to go swimming or sit in the hot tub there was plenty of outdoor seating and tables space for the 13 of us and there was plenty of parking for all of us also which is great because we kinda all came from a little bit of a different location ~ Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we weren’t able to make it to the waterpark but it definitely was very close so that was awesome and the host were incredible super accommodating and pleasant to work with!!

Our three night stay was great

We were in town for a wedding and took a chance on this house since it was newly listed and had no reviews yet. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for us to spread out or hang out together. The downstairs bathroom with a shower didn't have a curtain or door so we went out and bought one. Town is very close for restaurants and shopping. We didn't get a chance to go to the waterpark down the road (the road was closed to get there) and we had the pool and hot tub so we didn't want to spend the money. Neighborhood is very quiet.

Updated, Clean, Spacious, Good Owners

We visited Waterloo to intern the remains of my mother-in-law next to her husband. We wanted a larger place where we could host any friends and relatives following the funeral. The owners were very gracious and promptly replied to our questions and needs. The house is located near shopping, including supermarkets, a Target, a Walmart, and a restaurant or two. The owners recently updated the house, except perhaps for the kitchen, although the kitchen is fine. Relatively recent and clean appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and a thoughtful abundance of coffee pods along with pots and pans, utensils, and an plenty of tableware. Due to the month of our visit, April, the pool and hot tub were not open. Between 15 and 20 relatives of my wife came to the house following the funeral, which the main room of the house easily accommodated. Re: possible negatives. Many of the bedside tables did not have lamps.The bedrooms have ceiling lights but getting out of bed to turn them off may be a negative for some. The closets are spacious, and the owners provide hangers, but if you have a lot of clothes to hang, you might want to bring some, although Target and Walmart have inexpensive hangers.The main bedroom is part of an addition, and getting to it requires either walking through another bedroom or taking the stairs down to and up from the lower level. That said, we would stay here again.
