Host was amazing. He was very flexible and responsible. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was a basket of snacks and breakfast items and coffee pods for the Kurig, dishwashing and laundry pods, and fabric softener. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking and there is a toaster. The building was safe and secure as well as quiet.

Our host was very accommodating, the place was very nice, the big king bed was comfortable!We had a few minor things ( tv remote batteries, etc), that were very quickly addressed.Its location near Delta center was perfect for us,And we’d stay here again in future for sure.

Week trip for nationals

Spent a week here while my son competed in the AAU Taekwondo Nationals. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owner was geat. He responded quickly and was very nice and respectful.

Comfortable and Functional

My wife and I recently stayed here in this apartment and found it to have everything we needed, and was located in a place that made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see downtown Salt Lake City. The bed was very comfortable and for that, we were very thankful for!

Great convenient spot!

Really enjoyed this place. Garage parking, and then easy access to the apartment. Comfortable bedding and very clean space! Will definitely put on my return trip places!

Clean and good value

Overall this was a good spot to stay for the weekend and I’m happy with the price. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and the apartment size is great for two people. Downsides are that we had issues with getting enough hot water for two showers (host stated there was nothing to be done about this due to it being a eco-friendly building, but I was literally shivering by the end of a 5 min shower) and the building is a huge maze with a very slow elevator. This is to be expected in a large apartment complex but just something to note as a small inconvenience every time you leave the building.

Great! Great! Great!

Great place and great host! As a 1st time VRBOer, I had many clarifying questions and each was answered promptly and courteously. The location was everything we could’ve hoped for —within walking distance of the Delta Center and TRAX stops. One small glitch was that we received conflicting info about using the STRATIS app for entry into the building. But that was resolved promptly. Our host even provided a few snack items on the counter! I would definitely recommend this place and host.
