Welcome to the most reputable area in the North End of Virginia Beach where nature and beach come together. Enjoy the quiet residential setting of this 4 bedroom,3 bathroom North End oceanside duplex unit. The unit is north of Shore Drive, in the high 80s streets, the most private and family-oriented part of Virginia Beach. A short 150 foot walk leads to the boardwalk over the sand dunes to the wildest and most scenic beach in the resort area. This tastefully decorated and spacious two-story unit is perfect for families with children or couples who look for comfort and relaxation. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, an outdoor shower, huge yard where you can listen to the ocean and fire up the grill to prepare a meal. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and High-speed internet. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and other assorted beach toys are provided for family enjoyment. Located 5 min by car from the resort strip and Shore drive. 4 Designated parking spaces. Please click on the video link to explore this immaculate property.

If both units A and B are available in the duplex you always have to option to book both units and get 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms(sleeps 18) which will provide more than enough room for your family to stay together and enjoy the vacation.

Fun Family Beach Trip

Had a great time here. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Nik's place. The location cannot be beat. The beach is right there, secluded from the busy boardwalk. Nik's also a great host.

Our Virginia Beach Vacation

Simply put: this home is beautiful. It is obvious that a lot of thought went into decorating, furnishing and making it a comfortable home away from home. The neighborhood is so nice, too. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away, and there are other walking paths in the neighborhood. We all said we'd love to live there. The beds and linens were the nicest we have ever slept in. And we have stayed in a lot of hotels and motels. In fact, we are going to buy the same pillows they have, and even look for the same furnishings in the house for our home. Nik was very quick to respond to our questions (which we did not have many of), and so pleasant, too. We loved it so much, that my eight year old grandson has decided to move to Virginia Beach when he grows up! Excellent job, Nik!

Time with family

It is an older (1960's) home with Avocado cast iron tubs to match. Newer appliances, very well stocked kitchen, newer 50 gallon water heater and very clean. The owner called before our arrival to let us know the AC was not working, but they would put in some window units. It was mild weather, and we did not need the AC, but true to their word the window units were installed upon our arrival. We felt that the property manager went above and beyond with that gesture. The purpose of our trip was to attend a wedding, we wanted to rent a house to invite our cousins and aunt and uncle over to catch up over meals. The house was perfect for what we needed. While they had lots of beach chairs, etc. we were content to cook up a storm and catch up with extended family. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home and this property manager again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Perfect beach location

House is perfect to hit the beach and enjoy it without the huge crowd down by the boardwalk. Nice sized rooms and the host kept great communication all the way up until we checked in.

Cozy beachy ⛔

Lovely location off the beaten path but still convenient to shopping. The beach cart was a lifesaver--made toting chairs, umbrellas and coolers easy. Everything was very clean and fresh. It is an older property, but in good shape and with many amenities like beach equipment, grill and outdoor shower. Highly recommend!
