Nestled just 10 minutes from downtown, this lovely 3BR/2BA home is a charming canal-front getaway complete with a screened lanai, heated pool, and alfresco dining.

Launch one of the three provided kayaks (lifejackets and paddles included) from the private dock and spend a fun-filled day on the water. Or cast a line off the private dock -- extra perks include two fishing rods, tackle, and mounted rod holders.

LIVING AREA

Relax on a plush sectional in the welcoming living area. Watch a movie on the Roku TV or enjoy a game of foosball.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

When it’s time to eat, the table accommodates eight.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

Find comfort in the primary bedroom, which offers a comfy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend leisurely days in your tranquil backyard oasis. Fire up the grill and host a cookout. A six-person table is perfect for alfresco meals.

The screened lanai features a heated 6’-deep pool. A grassy yard is ideal for lawn games, while the dock can accommodate a boat up to 80’ in length. (The boat lift is not available for use.)

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and cornhole. Two adult-size kayaks and one kayak with a maximum capacity rating of 150 pounds are provided.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.

For dining and shopping, downtown is only 10 minutes away from home.

Schedule a tee time at one of the prominent golf courses in the area. Or book a massage at a local spa.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
