This bright, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers direct canal access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico — ideal for boating, paddleboarding, or watching dolphins from the dock. Brand new dock installed November 2025 to enjoy the sunsets and park your boat. Up to 50 feet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, loved having the canal for fishing and viewing, and the pool and spa for private enjoyment. House was close to groceries and dining and great for taking walks.

Emerald Oasis is a wonderful property. It had everything we needed (kitchen cooking equipment and lots of towels). Pool and hot tub were heated and worked well. We hope to stay here again in the future!!

Fun and beautiful canal home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is just as described and is well equipped for guests! It is such a fun set up with easy access to the pool and hot tub. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The other two were adequate, but maybe not the greatest. We would have spent all of our time in the canal or in the pool if it was a little warmer. We would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed 2 weeks and felt like a home away from home. House was comfortable, well supplied and conveniently located. Pool was good , hot tub was better.... it was Jan. This property was perfect for our family. The location is close to everything yet a quiet street. The neighbors gifted their children a karaoke machine so that was a bit noisy but otherwise it’s a very quiet and friendly street! The amenities were fantastic! Everything was super clean. The couch is also comfortable and nice. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is wonderful! The host was super responsive and friendly.

Great experience.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Anything you could need is there. We especially enjoyed the lanai and large outdoor area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and shopping. Brian was easy to contact and helped us out when our flight home was cancelled. Great experience!

Love this place

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! We visited family in this area. This house was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub was perfect. The host is great at communicating with you. He took off an issue we had. I would recommend this property and we hope to stay here again in the future.
