Inside the Condo

Primary Bedroom: King bed, sunrise views
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, bright and peaceful
Third Bedroom: Twin bunk beds, great for kids or extra guests. The Third bedroom is a den suite converted with pocket doors.
Private Balcony: Ideal for coffee at sunrise.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved Lolly’s!

We had the most amazing time at Lolly’s! The apartment was absolutely adorable and very spacious. Great views and a wraparound terrace. The location itself is excellent and the building amenities include a really lovely sandwich and ice cream shop, a very cute miniature movie theater, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a beautiful courtyard. The building management was fantastic too — even giving me access to a conference room for a call I had post check out. I can’t recommend Lolly’s highly enough!

Perfect location for bike week

The location was perfect, beautiful views and located right on the beach! And you could see the bay too! The furniture was outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable, but the location made up for that.

We greatly appreciated the items provided (dish det, toilet issue, etc) until we got to shopping. The view here is perfect! The decor is modern and nice.

Nice view. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness can improve. Should check if the sheets were changed first thing when you arrive. Avoid sitting on white patio chairs, they are old and will fall apart.

The location was great with direct beach access. I was not informed that I would have to supply my own toilet paper after using the 2 rolls provided. The space could have been cleaner, it was obvious that things were overlooked as there was a balloon under the one end table. For the price, I would have expected the place to be cleaner and items provided.

Nice property- dated condo

The SeaWatch property was very nice with nice amenities. There is a lot of security and a lot of management making sure everyone follows the rules (if you don't like a lot of hovering or rules- may not be the right place for you). PROS: Great access to the beach. Indoor and outdoor pools are very nice. Easy parking Great up-strip location Condo Kitchen has great amenities Great shower pressure Great 17th floor view and a great sized balcony WiFi Worked pretty well. Many TVs with DirecTV in the condo Washer Dryer was very nice and convenient CONS: Condo is very dated Whole place was pretty cramped - too much furniture for the size of the condo Mattresses and bedding are extremely uncomfortable and old. If you have a bad back- this should be a show-stopper No keyless entry. They only gave us 1 key for 4 people. We had to get another one at the Vacasa office (on property-which is a +) There is barely any shade at all at the pool and they will not allow you to put up a cabana/tent Net net, I'd stay there again- minus the bedding.

The condo was clean but a bit dated and in need of some updates. Appreciated having the den space and the kitchen appliances were nice. The dryer unfortunately did not work (which we found out after having done a load of wash) and the hot water ran out after a few showers. The view was great (the unit was towards the front of the bldg).

Just okay

The Sea Watch is a very nice place would definitely come back but not in this unit. Nice view and kitchen okay but this place needs to be de cluttered, painted and furniture updated. Broken lamps and shades need to be replaced. The cleaning was as good as could be expected considering the age of the unit. Very happy with VACASA rental service.

Very Nice Property Horribly Maintained Building

I love Ocean City and wanted to stay in a 2-bedroom condo with a view of the ocean from an outside balcony. This condo did not disappoint. It is very beachy and has gorgeous views of both the bay and the ocean. In general, the place is roomy, and nice. The problems we had concerned management of the building and this listing, which omits some information that might be useful. Sea Watch is a smoke-free building. That means one cannot smoke anywhere - including on the outside balcony. There are designated places around the building to smoke, but they are uncomfortable, to say the least. The condo is smoke-free, but we knew that from the listing. It was a huge disappointment that one could not use the outside balcony to smoke, nor smoke anywhere in or around Sea Watch except at designated spaces. The place comes with linens and towels, but you may want to bring your own for more luxury. In general, the check-in procedure is gawdawful - we didn't even know where to go when we arrived because they lock the front door to the building. The guard station attendant just handed me a packet with keys and some information, but he did not tell me that there was a welcome packet in the Management office. We almost bought toilet paper. They give you 2 rolls for free, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, some dish soap, and dishwashing tablets. The unit does not contain a washer/dryer. There might be some in the general building, but we didn't bother to look. They also didn't tell us the location of the trash chute. All of this information should be inside the condo. The general building is not air-conditioned. Neither are the elevators. That means you'll wait a long time for the elevator at key times throughout the day and when you get one, it will generally be hot and packed. It's lovely having a unit on the 17th floor. It would be even more lovely if it weren't so hot and sticky getting there. We also had to wait a long time for a luggage carrier. With the weather over 90 degrees, this was almost unbearable. In general, the check-in procedure for this place is horrible, as is trying to get and ride the elevators. Considering how much we paid to stay here, I would never stay here again. This is really a shame because the unit itself is lovely.

The unit is fine with a nice view. We have been here before under prior management. For this stay, we did not appreciate the lack of cleanliness, the lack of information regarding availability of (and charges for) sheets and towels, and the lack of usage we endured with the master bedroom shower which needed repairs because of some sort of problem in the unit below us. This was a disappointing stay and we would rather work with the prior management company which is more efficient and more affordable for us.
