The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

DEN CONVERTED INTO DINING AREA. OWNER WILL NOT BE PROVIDING PILLOWS OR COMFORTERS. GUESTS MUST PROVIDE. MATTRESS PADS PROVIDED.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We loved our stay and even extended it one more night. Great view of sunrise and sunset from our balcony. We could watch our kids play volleyball from our balcony. We will be booking again!

Folks, it’s exactly as pictured. This place is emaculate and has everything on site you could ask for. The My Place ice cream shop and sandwich bar is a nice amenity, the kids could grab something themselves and return to beach or pool. We go to Ocean City every year, this was in our top three rentals, you will not be disappointed. The view is perfect from the balcony, you can see down to the beach, the courts, playground/volleyball area so kids can be out there and adults on balcony watching. Great spot, we will be back!

Beach & Shopping Location with Amazing View

The amenities of this place are outstanding. They even have a beach toy library where you can take or leave beach toys. The playground is so cool. Shopping just across the street. No need to use your car. I went to the beach every morning to drink a cup of coffee before my family woke up. Their pizza sandwiches shop was very good quality and even better prices (compared to boardwalk places). This place has it all! Vacasa did an outstanding job managing this place. Thank you!

Perfect in every way!

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in. The view is perfection. The place is decorated beautifully. There is ample seating in each room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including cleaning supplies. We LOVED the den with the wrap around seating & TV. It was great to give our kids their own space separate from the adults. We loved it so much we already booked it again for next year!

Beautiful Condo at the Beach

This unit is beautifully appointed with attention to detail. There is ample room to enjoy your vacation. The dining area is a clever use of the space. Loved the many hooks and hangers for hanging towels, hats, bathing suits, etc. All appliances worked well. Only one suggestion for improvement would be a new king bed; seems a bit aged due to lack of comfort. Will come again!
