Makai - Luxury Condo Bayfront - 4e Ă©tage - vue imprenable sur l'eau

Belle vue sur l'eau condo. Cette unité baie avant 4Úme étage dispose de deux chambres et deux salles de bains qui sont propres et joliment meublées. Premier emplacement à cÎté du Convention Center Ocean City, Dough Roller, Seacrets et toutes les attractions populaires. Cette unité est l'une des trois vues de dessus de l'eau dans le bùtiment.
Le bĂątiment Makai est l'un des nouveaux condominiums en OC.
L'unité comprend la climatisation centrale, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain.
La chambre principale a un lit queen size, sa propre entrée sur le balcon privé, plein salon de taille, deux tables de nuit et une grande promenade dans le placard, salle de bain principale et une télévision LCD à écran plat.
La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, beau placard de taille et pleine commode de taille avec 32 "TV LCD à écran plat, et une deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte de la porte juste à cÎté.
Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen, un 42 "LCD TV à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et d'une cheminée électrique. L'unité a le wifi.
Occupation limitée à 6 personnes.
Non-fumeurs seulement.
Parking permet pour 2 véhicules.

Beautiful condo

Such a great stay! We were there for an event at the convention center so we were able to walk there every day. It’s also in walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the building was nice and quiet.

Ocean City Md Vacation

We loved the place! It is even nicer than the pictures can show. The window in the living room looks right out over the bay, as does the balcony making for beautiful views. The sunsets were incredible! Everything was spotless when we arrived. This is an incredible place to stay.

Impromptu vacation

This is the first time we stayed at makai. It was a last minute decision and the property was phenomenal. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the sunset. The place is very family friendly, my whole family enjoyed it. I got the pleasure of speaking with the condo owner and they are great people, I would recommend this one to my closest family and friends.

This property was well maintained. It was the perfect size for two adults and a teenager. Nice view of the bay. The beds and sofa are not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo, so it wasn’t a huge problem for us. We would stay here again in the future.

Good location, nice views, and a fishing pier!

Nice quiet section of OC but close to everything too! We were pleasantly surprised by the fishing pier next to the condo, behind the convention center. We fished at the OC pier at the inlet but it was nice to just walk over next door! Teens enjoyed the indoor pool and billiard tables each night, and Rita’s custard and ice a few doors down. About a 7 minute walk to the beach across the street. 45th street Taphouse was a few doors down and has great happy hour specials- wings and soft pretzels were hits.

The condo was super clean and in really good condition.

We did not like the thermostat being housed in a locked box where we could not adjust for my Wife's comfort. It was set at 72 degrees and was too cold for my Wife. We will not return due to this issue. The condo was a bit smaller than expected also.

Convenient Location/average quality

The building itself could use a few updates. The location is close to many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was cute and updated. The beds are a little hard. The master bedroom could use black out blinds. The light coming through after dark made it difficult to sleep. The trash had not been emptied in the 2nd bathroom. We also found various items left on the floor from previous guests (headband, ballons). Overall not terrible..

Great location!

Beautiful condo with a great view of the bay! Very clean. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, the beach, and only 5 or 6 blocks to Seacrets. The Property manager, Mariam, was very helpful and responds quickly to any questions you have. Definitely recommend!

We have been coming to Ocean City, MD for ten years and having all of the amenities makes each beach trip perfect no matter what season it is.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a brand new unit and it is one of the 3 best units out of 97 in the building. We are on the North side of the building where it's a lot cooler during hot Summer days. There is a newly renovated shopping center 1 block away. We have the best water views in the building.
