Andrew was very accommodating. Condo was exactly what we booked a year in advance. Parking was an issue as someone was parked in our stall but we were able to sort out the situation in a timely manner. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very Clean and well laid out unit. The location is excellent. Seemed like more of a family place [lots of kids/young kids]. Overall, a very positive experience. Hosts were very responsive. The underground parking was nice, but the parking spots were small if you have a larger vehicle and/or a carrier on your roof [likely won't get you access].

Andrew was a good host. We had a few problems, but he resolved them remotely on the spot. We pointed out a couple other things that needed taking care of, and Andrew said he would immediately get on it. The condo itself is lovely! Its good for 2 people only. The location is good, within walking distance to the main street of shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival, the unit had a sewer odor. In addition, the bathroom had mold and a couple other issues were identified to Andrew within 3 hours of checking in. I corresponded with Andrew on four different occassions over seven days regarding the odor to no action taken. I even went as far as trying to get VRBO support team involved to no success. I requested some credit with Andrew and his comment back to me was the unit has been cleaned and there was not an odor. I would not recommend renting this unit.

Very disappointed in the false advertisement of this condo sleeping 8. It sleeps 6. 2 of our family members were left to sleep on couches - not pull out beds - literally had to sleep on a couch (with very little bedding options to use). I was charged and paid for a place that sleeps 8 - left feeling scammed.

Vacation to banff park

It was in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do and see. The complimentary park pass was a great extra for us.

Overall, this property was great. It was easy to find, and parking was great. There was only a couple of reasons I took some off the rating. First, there was construction going on that we were not aware of. And the second reason was that the walls were paper thin. Neither issue was a major deal to us but would have been nice to know. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having the kitchen so we could eat there instead of having to go out every day. The bed was very comfortable. The other major plus was having a washer and dryer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

Good location

Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people. We liked the restaurant within the condo as well. Had a small issue with the patio being very dusty, with the owner communications being very prompt.

An Amazing Location

We had an amazing time staying in Canmore. There was a lot of construction around the property but once we found the parking garage, this first floor condo was a great spot for us. The resort as a whole wasn't great, but Andrew's place was clearly renovated and was very nice. He was great with communication, and always prompt to respond to any questions we had. The park pass that came with the rental was worth it's weight in gold. If you are planning on visiting Banff, having the pass already saved so much time and avoided long lines of traffic at the park gates. Being able to drive in the express lane was awesome. The restaurant that is on site at the resort was ok, definitely recommend exploring Canmore and going to one of the many restaurants downtown. A ton of things to do near by and easy highway access to explore Banff, the lake regions, and Yoho. We had a great trip and this place to stay was a perfect spot for us.

Cozy & spacious condo

Fabulous stay, very much satisfied, condo is very cozy, spacious, relaxing, very clean, lovely condo, love the blend of modern & rustic relaxing features & decoration with a touch of nature characteristics, love the frame by the entrance, enjoyed very much of the compliment bottle of wine, location is great near shops, town proper. The only downside is the parking lot view but once outside the mountain view is stunning.

Took a road trip passing through Canmore! Stayed here for 3 days! Everything was awesome! Great host! Great communication with him before, during, and after! Would highly recommend and will be telling family and friends about this VRBO!

Simple Accommodations

If you are looking for luxury accommodations this was not the place for you. It's great for resting your head at night and showering. And cooking if you have to. All in all, the king size bed was really comfortable. The parking garage door is only big enough for a 7 foot tall vehicle, so plan accordingly. And don't forget to leave the park pass on the table before you check out.

Canmore Getaway

We absolutely loved staying at the Grande Rockies Resort. Perfectly located near local shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and the host, Andrew, was quick to respond to my questions. I have already recommended this place to several friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Canmore

The condo is clean and comfortable. Grocery store and great restaurants nearby. The National Park pass saved us money each day. We had an issue with the door lock but Andrew was responsive and got it repaired quickly (on a Saturday). Would recommend for any couple visiting the Banff area.

Great property!

This is a great property in a great location. Restaurants and shopping very walkable. The restaurant, bar and pool are very nice features. my wife is an ice freak, so an ice maker would be nice-we would stay here again and have already recommended it to some friends.
